CHAPTER NINE
"Let your creative mind flow!" Miss Nickleson walked down each aisle as her sweet voice lingered in the air. Miss Nickleson's voice was something you'd like to hear all day, it is like she can get away with anything with the help of that voice. "What does your inner mind say?" She walked passed by my desk, smiling sweetly at me. 'Garin.' That was what my inner mind says. Cheesy ol' Amadea.
I grabbed my pencil and sketched out lightly across the canvas, I've already made my mind. I was going to draw Garin. I sketched out the outline of Garin's massive body, and beautiful fins that made him possibly the best swimmer I've ever seen. I sketched out the beautiful back scenery, as I added out another figure beside him. It was me. I was sketching out us, the two of us.
I smiled at the little portrait that was yet to be accomplished till I felt that stinging desire again. I felt a slight discomfort in myself as I start turning my wrist around, trying to get rid of the stinging. Then just like that, my hand grabbed the pencil again as the other grabbed an eraser. Rubbing off some sketches as it drew another, "Oh no.." I whispered.
It outlined the body of Garin once again, but there was another thing at the side of his body. I watched as my hand had a mental mind of its own. "Stop.." I gritted. The feeling made me so frustrated, it made me so uncomfortable. It made me want to scratch my skin out of my flesh. Line here, line there, in between the lines it was just drawing whatever it wanted to draw.
My hand grabbed a bunch of coloured pencils and started colouring the sketch. My eyes wandered everywhere, every inch of the drawing as it finished up the sketch. I dropped my pencil and started to breathe heavily, I looked at the accomplished drawing. Falling off my chair I realized that it was a bad thing, I ran my fingers through my hair. I was sweating as I looked around the classroom, every student body was staring at me as if I had three heads.
"Amadea! What's wrong with you?" Miss Nickleson ran by my side as I just stared at her speechless. I brought my hand up to my face, I touched my upper lip as I felt it was wet and an icky feeling. The smell made me dizzy as I looked at my now bloody fingers. Miss Nickleson helped me up, "We need to bring you to the nurse." she said.
I shook my head as I grabbed my bag and dashed out the classroom, running down the halls ignoring the screaming of Miss Nickleson. I watched as a couple of teachers walked out their classroom, wanting to know what was the commotion about. I saw as one tall figure walked out the boy's restroom as I locked eyes with his gorgeous eyes.
"Amadea?" Finn's voice sounding so fainted. The way a mother would cry out if their child was to get abused or about to get run over a car. He looked so worried, his eyes filled with pain and worry it was so obvious.
I looked down as I continue running down the hallways, taking a right and ran down the stairs. I headed to the pier as I spotted what I didn't want to see. There were tons of guys in suits, others were in some camouflage attire. My breathing started to hitch as I look around me. I saw as one police was talking to some fisherman.
"N-no." The drawing I drew last week was similar to this as the image flashed up in my mind. "Miss? Do you mind if we ask you some question?" A policeman walked up to me, notepad and pen in hand. I started stuttering as my vision started to become blurry. "Miss?" the policeman called up, "are you alright?" I fell on my knees, my head was pounding painfully. "Amadea, help!"
"GARIN!!" I screamed out as I leaned on all fours.
"Miss?!" The officer's called faintly.
Everything was turning white. All to white which I couldn't see the officer nor the scenery of the pier anymore, it blocked that image with all white.
