April 15th
"We should come up with a survey," Jin suggested amongst the group. Throughout the week, Jin was able to help me in the kitchen more than he would hang out with his girlfriend. Maybe that was why I would catch her glaring at me when no one was looking. Being with Jin was such a blessing and a curse for me. I wished I could be with him, but facing the reality of him having a girlfriend, I stood no chance against Mei.
"That's not bad," Yoongi said.
I finished preparing the crepes for everyone, which included some for Mei. All of them were talking about new ideas that would be less stressful for me. It was so kind of them to think about me and my restaurant.
"Yay, they're done!" Jungkook helped me with the plates, placing them on the table. I was forced to sit right next to Mei while taking a crepe for myself, after had they all self-serve themselves.
"Oh, can I have a latte?" She chirped out to me. It was when I was about to take my seat.
". . .Yes." I replied. I even told her what if she wanted a drink earlier, but she said no. Now she wanted a drink? I made my way back to the kitchen to prepare her drink.
"Oh! Also, two sugar cubes!" She added.
"Ok," I said, before making my way back to the kitchen.
"While watching the customers," Jimin started, clearing his throat, "I'd notice most of the customers eating the crepes and the French toast since there were more varieties they can put in, which didn't include the oatmeal and the creme brulee."
"So," Jungkook folded his hands like a businessman, "are you saying we should just only serve crepes and french toast?"
"Yea. . .?" Jimin shrugged. "I don't know. It seems it would be less work."
Jungkook slowly clapped showing a smirk. "Jimin, even with your big brain and small body. I like your thinking."
Everyone started laughing and that was when Jimin smacked his arm.
I brought Mei her latte, placing it right in front of her. "Thank you, Felicia!" She said as she took a sip.
"You're welcome-"
"I think you added too much sugar, Felicia. . ." Mei's face had a sour look.
"It's only two. . ." I tilted my head in confusion. Taehyung gestured his hand to Mei to bring her the cup. Mei handed her coffee to Taehyung with a shrug. He then drank it in one gulp and set the cup down. I was taken back from his just suddenly drinking it.
"What was that for?" Namjoon asked. That was what I wanted to say.
"It's not sugary." Taehyung made a blank expression on his face and handed the empty cup back to Mei. The members began to laugh and I couldn't help but crack a giggle as well.
"Jin!" She whined wrapping arm around him. I couldn't stand the sight as I tried to face my attention away.
"Here, you can drink some water." Jin handed his cup to her and she stood silently right after.
"Just in case we won't be here most of the time, let's just make the menu only crepes and french toast." Yoongi got his pencil and wrote it down. "How about it, Felicia?"
Everyone's heads were facing me, for a second I forgot I owned Fee's. Yoongi was the manager. I nodded in response. "That's a good idea. . ."
"But, we need like one or two specials. . ." Hoseok said. "Something unique."
Jin jumped from his seat. "Ooh! The creme brulee and the croissants-!"
"Rice porridge," Jimin added.
