"The baby is fine, you just have a couple of cuts and bruises." The doctor said looking up at the ultrasound. I took a sigh of relief. This kid is a little fighter. "He's really strong." She told me. I smiled.

When I realized what she just said I frowned. "Wait..he?" I asked. She nodded then looked at me. When she saw the look on my face she frowned. "Oh did you not know? I'm so sorry." She said. I shook my head.

"Its fine."

I said. So much for that bet. I twisted my lips. "The man that was in the car with me...Is he okay?" I asked. She sighed.

"I have no idea..I was told to check on you since your with child. He's probably in a whole different floor." I sighed nodding my head. I knew I had to see if he was okay but I had to check on the baby first.

"Can you ask someone for me? Please?" I asked her. She sighed a little nodded her head. "Yea sure." She said. She printed out my sonogram and walked out the door. I sat up slowly.

My body felt like it was on fire, I had a cut and bruise everywhere you could think of. I'm just blessed Zion covered me when he did cause the baby probably wouldn't have made it.

I probably wouldn't have either. The door swung open making me jump. My parents and Adam walked through the door. "Oh my God Anastasia."

Mama pulled me into a hug making my body ache. "Okay. Your hurting me." I said. She pulled away and examined my face. "You look terrible. Is the baby okay?" She asked.

I nodded. "He's fine." I said. Adam smiled. "Its a boy?" Adam asked. I smiled and nodded my head. "Yea I just found out." I said. "Congrats baby girl." I heard Daddy say. I looked up at him and smiled a little. "Thanks."

"Where's Zion?" Daddy asked. I sighed. "I have no idea, they separated us." I said. Mama nodded. "We already called his parents, I'm sure he'll be fine." "Yea I hope so." I mumbled.

"He saved my life." I said looking up at Daddy. He looked at me then quickly looked away. The door opened and the same doctor that was in here earlier stepped in.

"He's currently in surgery, he had hit his head pretty bad and messed up his spine." I frowned. "His spine?" She nodded her head yes.

"When he covered you it took a tool on his back and a huge piece of glass is back there." I ran a hand through my hair. "This is all my fault." I mumbled. "Anymore questions?" She asked looking at everyone.

Mama nodded. "Is it okay for her to walk?" she asked. "Its fine, just take it easy." She said. I nodded my head. I couldn't stop thinking about what she had told me.

"It messed up his spine"

Again all my fault. What if he can't walk again. I felt my eyes burn and tears rolling down my cheeks. "Ana-" "I just want to be left alone. Please." I said.

Mama nodded her head and sat up motioning everyone to step out the room. As soon as the door closed I laid back down holding my stomach trying to catch my breath when my phone vibrated on the table.

I slowly grabbed it sitting up and frowned when I read what it says.

-"If I can't have you.. no one can. Break things off with baby daddy or he dies. I'll wait."

I clenched my teeth and threw my phone across the room. This wasn't an accident. It was set up. I started pulling on my hair. "Ana you okay?" Mama asked stepping inside. "I'm okay, just leave." I said.

"But-" "Leave Mama please!" I yelled. She stared at me for a second before doing what I told her.

I was going crazy.
