Chapter Twelve - The New Alpha and New Alliance

Since the school has been attacked by witches. The school director announced a cancellation of class. The war didn't take so much though some human students undergone to trauma. Gladly no one has been hurt that much. The principal proclaimed that a fraternity from other school attacked to neutralized the bigger commotion. And since that Autumn hasn't waken up.

Cielo with some injury in head didn't seem mind. She's more worried to Autumn than herself and Cloud on the other hand is more silent than ever.

"Sky, the Alpha wants to talk to us", Cloud stated. I just nod and followed him in father's office. He was more serious than ever, papers are messed up all over the room and frowned on his forehead seems a part of his body.

"Please take a sit, both of you", he ordered. As we take a sit, a knock disturbed the silence. It was Henry, Dad's Beta.

"So let's start the discussion shall we? "

Me and Cloud nodded. "After the witches attacked some of our pack member has been alarmed and they wanted to know the next Alpha and Beta in case of ..." He didn't finished his statement and we already understand what he meant.

"And since Henry and his mate hadn't have pup for years. I assigned the two of you. You Sky as the Beta and Cloud as the Alpha"

Cloud gasped. With widened eyes he looked at father with shocked.

"Why me? I don't have any trainings and just recently I found out about my wolf",

Wait. He have a wolf?

"What your thinking Sky is right. Cloud is also a werewolf. He only discovered it on the attacked. His wolf named is Yue".

I nod. Surely Cloud would be a great Alpha though I'm excited to see his wolf. And me as the Beta... I don't think I deserve the position after all the troubles I brought here in the pack.

"Training for the both of you will start today. Our time is ticking and based in Autumn statement we only have less than three full moons before the war starts", father stated. My ear suddenly active upon hearing her name.

"Autumn told you about this? When? "

"She told us this on the day that they've been attacked by Geman and his troops. She said the moon goddess talked to her about it", I let out a small groaned.

"And you never tell me about this? "

"It's her decision. She said you have a great participation in this war. After that she lost her memory"

I sigh and shake my head in surrender. "Does our pack members know this? "

He nod and let Uncle Henry speak. "Yes. And we already sent some of them to other packs to train, while the other packs do the same. Today, we will meet some of them".

"What packs we are collaborating, Uncle Henry? " Cloud asked.

"Coast Moon Pack and Black Blood Pack. Oh they have been arrived", he announced.

We make our way to welcome them but it seem it's me whose surprise when one of the pack members of the Coast Moon Pack jump from the owner type Jeep. When our eyes met she was also surprise by seeing me.

"Kristen?" I whisper.

She never said a word. She run into my arms and hugged me tight. "How are you my friend?" she whisper. I am stunned, unable to munched any words. It's not that I'm not happy that she's alive but I saw her die.

When I looked into her eyes to ask for question she just rolled her eyes.

"Long story, let's just say a concerned wizard help me", she says then a man with a strict face snake his arms on Kristen waist.
