Okay, I may need some medical attention

For some odd reason, about two weeks ago my skin like, randomly feels like something is crawling on it or in it.

It itches, and it bothers me more than it should.

It's also very distracting and sometimes it makes me slap my arm or grab my leg thinking I'll catch an ant or a mosquito, but then it's just my skin underneath my hand.

It actually scares me a bit.

Please tell me what I should do
