So I'm thinking when I'm 18, I'm gonna get a couple tattoos.
Obviously I'm going to get my sister Kairi's name tattooed on my shoulder or back, since I'm always gonna be her big brother, and I always want a piece of her with me no matter what. I'm also gonna get my (future) wife's name on my chest next to my heart. Not saying WriterGrl360 's name on here for obvious reasons.
I also want to get one of these on my right shoulder blade.

This is the number used by my favorite Motorsports driver, and world famous drifter Ken Block. The number 43 in that style has become a symbol for any and all things crazy, creative, over the top and awesome. It's also something that reminds me of where my roots of being a car guy started;
His 1965 Mustang RTR, or more commonly known as the Hoonicorn.

That's V1, but this is V2.

Seeing this car drifting and doing all sorts of crazy shit got me so pumped and into cars. I think it's the first build I have ever worshiped. It also brings back memories of trying to obtain the V1 version of the car on Need For Speed. In order to get the car, you had to do a Gymkhana race; a dash to the finish line in the time given while also getting the set amount of drift points along the way. I had a BMW E36 M3 with only a couple of important performance upgrades, since I hadn't had enough money to max it out. Now I'm going to be honest, I spent a good 13 hours straight trying to beat that race. The distance you had to travel was so far with the amount of time to do it being so low. That wasn't all, you had to get 150,000 points on the way, and that was a huge amount. I had to plan the whole route, corner by corner. I even had all the points and went over the time limit by only a second multiple times. I wasn't just gonna give up, I wanted that fucking car.
Then it happened, I finally beat it. I was so happy and relieved that I actually did it that I swear, I had a small heart attack.
But I know it's just a video game, and it's from a racing game that will soon become irrelevant, but that taught me something. Never give up. And that made me rethink my approach on every problem, pinch, and pickle I'd ever be in.
A car in a video game owned by a famous drifting legend.
That's why that number 43 deserves to be on my body forever.
