Chapter 5

Caitlin's POV

I get home and I see my mom sitting on the couch crying.

"Is everything okay?"

She looks up at me with bright eyes.

"CAITLIN!!" She comes and hugs me. This isn't my mother. She would never acknowledge me in a hug. She is normally about herself and no one else. "WHERE WERE YOU? YOU HAD ME SO WORRIED!!" She added.

I had to lie to her. I can't tell her I was kidnapped and escaped. "I stayed after school to tour the whole school so I don't get lost tomorrow." She seemed relieved.

"Okay hon, just make sure you tell me next time?"

"Defiantly.."

I walk up to my rom and put my bag on the floor. I plopped on my bed and sighed. "what does Shawn want from me?" "why did he kidnap me?" is he really that bad?" All kinds of questions were running through my head until Jake burst into my room.

"CAITLIN! WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING? YOU DIDN'T COME HOME!" I sit there and stare at him blankly. I didn't know what to tell him. "Uhm, welllll..." I started.

Time pasted as I told him why I wasn't home. No, I didn't lie to him like I did to my mom. But I trust Jake to not tell anyone.

"Why didn't you call me, C?" He asked looking at the floor.

"I couldn't reach my phone. My hands were tied." I sigh.

I feel around my pockets for my phone, and it's not there.

"uh.. uhm.. where's my phone."

"Did you not bring it home?" Jake says and looks around to help me find that piece of shit I call a phone.

"Oh no.. It's at Shawn's house..." and just like it's dead quiet.

Shawn POV

We started planning to kidnap that girl for good. Matt and Cameron just start drifting off the whole subject, so I pull out a cigarette and light it. I walk back to the bedroom that girl was in. I still don't know her name and that makes me pissed. I lay down on that bed and I'm laying on something. I pull it out and it's a phone. I turn it on and it has no password. I open it and look through it. I go to the gallery and see all these videos.

"Jake GIVE ME MY PHONE BACK!!" It's the girl.

"Aww but Caiiittliiinn."

"NO buts Jake, now give it back!!" and the video is over.

Well I know her name now. I keep going through and I come across Caitlin and a guy. "Who is this?" it thought over and over again. Old friend? Old boyfriend? I skip passed it and exited. I go to her text and try to find her phone number. "Finally." I sigh. I put her number in my phone and saved my number on hers. That's when I hear a knock on the door...
