A/N Okay, so instead of the Haze-Haze/Heather-Heather thing, I think I'm only going to do one chapter at a time for Heather. It's mainly about Hazelyne's life, so. Yeah. Also, SO sorry for the MEGA late updates! I've been really wrapped up in Dr. appointments and school and everything. But I'll write as many chapters in a day when I do update. Sorry! I love you all :D You're amazing individuals. Vote, comment, share, whatever. I'd love to hear opinions and idea's on what should happen, so feel free to message me too(: Hope you enjoy this chapter ^-^ <3

(Hazelyne's POV)

After Ryan's mini interigation, Derrek looked like a ghost.

"Don't worry about Ryan. No one likes him anyway." Which is true. I had a feeling that he is, or was a bad guy, and I don't trust him. Doesn't matter if he's my unlce or not, I really don't trust him. At all.

"Okay." Derrek said shyly.

"Let's get started on these brownies." I smiled, and he smiled back. He had a really cute smile.

Stop it Haze!

Anyway, we gathered all the ingrediants, mixed them and such, and put them in the oven. Brownies were easy. I make them with Lilly all the time.

"We have about thirty-five minutes. I'll show you around." He nodded. I took his hand, showed him the living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, the dining room, game room, a glimps of mom's room, my room, and well, everything else. For as big of a house I have, it didn't take very long. He looked shocked though. Probably because of the rich kid being friendly thing. It's a new concept to a lot of people.

Suddenly, his phone rang. His ringtone was Mourning Star by Gemini Syndrom. Nice! He looked at me, and I shrugged. It's your phone, you can answer it.

"Hello?" He answered as he walked out of my room. He was like me. On the phone, walk around. I thought I was the only one who did that. I guess I was wrong.

He was on the phone for awhile though. Then, I realized that we had brownies. Crap! I sprinted downstairs to check them, ninja pulled them out of the oven, burning my hand in the process, and checked them. They were perfect. Well I could of slowed down then.

As I was inspecting my new burn, Derrek walked back into the kitchen. He looked conflicted.

"What's wrong?" I asked. He looked at my hand and his eyes went wide. Jesus.

"Don't worry about me, what happened to your hand?!" I rolled my eyes.

"Slight burn. I forgot about the brownies and became a ninja. Nothing to worry about." He didn't say anything. He half-ran to my bathroom, and I heard water running. He came back about fourty-five seconds later with a luke-warm cloth and wrapped it around the burn.

"Keep that on there for a bit." I smiled at him.

"Thanks. Now, what's wrong?"

"Oh, my mom can't pick me up. I can find a ride thou--" I cut him off.

"Lilly! Can I use your phone?!" I yelled into the living room. She handed me her phone and went back to the TV. She hasn't been very cheerful lately either. Anyway, I called my mom.

"Hello?" She answered.

"Hey mom." I responded.

"Hey Sweetie. What's wrong?"

"Nothing. Derrek's mom can't come get him tonight, so is it alright if he spends the night and we take him to school tomorrow? He'll sleep in the guest room of course."

"Yeah, I don't have a problem with it as long as his mother knows. And I'm going to be home late tonight, Okay?"

"Okay. Love you!"
