'Yes.. Yes sir.. I'll inform her.. ' I could hear Carla talking on the phone.
Her sweet voice ringing like a wind chime.

I stood at the threshold watching her talk animatedly..
It's almost been 3 years now.. N she still takes care of me with so much love.

She treats me like her own daughter,
Carla, my manager.
'thank you very much'..sighing, she hung up.
'who was it, Carla?'
'uh'she Squeaked and turned towards me, visibly startled by my sudden intrusion.
'um.. Sorry' I apologized.
'it's okay, ma'am'..she beamed at me,
'that was Mr. Black, he asked me to inform you that your flight's at 8 in the morning, he wanted you there a bit early ,as he had something important to discuss.'

She paused, and looked at her wrist watch,'oh, and by the way, I have packed all your stuffs, if you need anything else please do inform me beforehand.'

She stopped and smiled at me, signalling that, that would be all.
'um.. Thanks Carla.'
'you're welcome ma'am'. Beaming again, she left the room.
