My Neighbor's Best Friend

Chapter 8

Tuesday
Ruby POV

Before first period ended, I told the guys to sit with us at lunch which I'm hoping they do. Chloe and I went to get our lunch and sat at are usual spot in the back. We saw the guys coming to sit with us.

"Okay so why are we here."Caleb said about to sit down.
"We wanted to say thank you but you guys shouldn't have done that,he could have kill you guys. I'm really sorry that this happen to you guys but why did you do it."I said.

They both looked down and then Logan spoke.

"You know how a month ago, my parents got security cameras,well yesterday when we got home after you guys got home."He said when Caleb interrupted him.
"We checked the camera and saw what he did to you,so we had the curtains open and the door open a bit. When we heard your friends say that they were gonna kick his ass, we decided to go and find your ex because no one should have done that to you, no guy should ever do that to a girl so we needed to teach him a lesson. That's when we got our ass whooped by him and this other guy name Luke. He said he knows both of y'all but he knows Chloe more better."Caleb said.

I looked at Chloe and she went completely pale.

"He was my first boyfriend for a year until he left me."She says crying.

Logan went to sit right next to her and gave her a hug.

"Thank you guys even what happen to you was horrible and you shouldn't have done that."I said giving a hug to Caleb.

All of us were talking more then we exchange number and went to our 6th period class. I turn to all of them and said four words. "I'm gonna kill Ben."I said. They all turn to me and thought I was crazy.

"No don't do it, your gonna make it worse. Don't forget M,E, and Cam did to stop him."Chloe said.
"What did they do."Logan said.

Chloe grabbed her phone out of her bag and showed them the video.

"Damn,they handled him,when was this."Caleb said.
"Yesterday before y'all got hurt."I said.
"If your gonna go,I'm going with you."He said.
"Okay but If y'all get hurt,I'm calling back up."I said.
"Whose back up."Logan says.
"Our best friends."Chloe says.

Well it looks like I'm gonna go see Ben. We went to class and learn about boring stuff as always. I finally got to 8th period and as soon as I walk in, Caleb is bothering Emma again.

"Well Caleb, you sure do like her."I said.
"HELL NO, I like someone else."He said.
"Who."I said.
"None of your fucking business."He said.
"Well damn.....Asshole."I said.

We started learning about science. Caleb still kept messing with Emma and Emma kept bothering Caleb. I started to thing does Caleb like me or am I going insane.
