Shawn's POV
I quickly pulled out of the driveway in which the birthday party was being held. I turned off the radio in my Jeep as I pulled back into our driveway. I ran to the door and opened it while swinging my keys around my finger until I was in the house. I noticed that all the lights were off, the only light was coming from a candle, the flame dancing in the darkness. Then I saw a figure sit up straight on the couch; I walked around the couch and sat beside Sky. She looked so gorgeous with the candle light dancing on her dress, and bouncing off her earrings "Babe. Can I take you out?" I asked staring at her in awe. She moved a piece of hair out of her face before turning to me and saying
"I would love that." Her eyes glimered in the candle light before I leaned forward and blew out the flame.
Sky's POV
Shawn took me to Red Lobster
"Two more months to go." I said while getting back in his Jeep
"I promise I will be right there by your side." He said sounding serious, but he was smirking. I was going to ask him what he meant, but we were already home and he was practically pushing me through the door. He lead me to the kitchen table which had a huge stack of papers
"What's all of this?" I laughed while Vivica walked in
"This is your mother's day present from him. From us." She said while sitting down in front of the stack of papers. I sat down beside Vivica and the paper stack; Shawn walked over to me and put his hands on my shoulders and rubbed my shoulders as if to ease some pain. I leaned over the table to look at papers
"What is this?" I asked pointing at the papers
"The people from Island Records heard you sing on my cover of Sweater Weather. And they loved you!" Shawn exclaimed
"This is your contract. If you want it. To tour with Shawn or not." Vivica said holding a pen
"Could you give us a minute? Thanks." I said pulling Shawn into the livingroom.
"So what do you think?" He smiled "What do I think?" I whispered while he nodded "Are you crazy? Shawn I have a job I love. We have two girls. Not to mention I'm pregnant! Shawn. I love you but I can't. I just can't. Shawn. I'm sorry." I said and by now tears were falling down my cheeks. I walked back over to Vivica "I'm sorry but I will not be signing the contract." I left the dining room and ran upstairs. I flung the door to my bedroom open and upon doing so I noticed two cards and one box on the bed. I opened the handmade cards with care and carefully sat them on my nightstand before turning to the box. I ripped the decorative paper off and ripped open the box. I peered into the box and saw a piece of paper; I unfolded the paper and read the letter aloud. Dear Mummy,
We couldn't figure out what to get you. When dad told us about the contract we got with him and got you this.
-Love Melody and Naomi

I looked back into the box and saw the outfit I wore the day of graduation. It was my birthday and I was standing in front of my mirror in my black cap and gown. I recited my speech over and over since I was valid victorian I had to get it perfect. I took one final breath before walking downstairs. Mum had me pose on the steps so she could take several pictures. When I got back up to school I gave my speech and got my diploma; once I had my diploma I ran back to my seat which was by Shawn. I looked Shawn in the eyes before we threw our caps into the air. Afterwards Shawn and I went on a picnic; in the middle of the picnic it started to rain and I didn't have a coat all I had was my blue shirt that had the numbers 98 in white letters, white pixi pants, and my blue converse. Shawn quickly slipped his iheart radio sweatshirt on me.Once it stopped raining we went to the mall and had a blast spending money.
I pulled my shirt, my converse, and Shawn's iheart radio sweatshirt out of the box. I put the sweatshirt on and started crying.
"I'm glad you loved something today." I looked over to see Shawn.
"Shawn I loved everything today." I said giving him a hug.
"Sky you know if you signed that contract that we could've taken the girls with us. Right?" He said patting my back
"I don't want them to be transferred to a new school like every week." I partly confessed. He sat on the bed as I stuffed my hands into the pocket of the sweatshirt; I felt something in the pocket and I slowly pulled it out. It was several pictures: one of me in my graduation outfit, one of Shawn in his graduation outfit, one of both of us in our graduation outfits laughing our heads off because my grandmother had said how cute we were. If I could go back in time and change anything; I wouldn't change a thing. I quickly put the pictures with the others on our wall and Shawn immediately went to look at them.
"Oh I remember those pictures." He pointed at them then laughed pointing at the one with both of us "What?" I asked
"This picture." He said while still laughing "I look so ugly in it." He was still laughing, but it started to hurt me by him thinking that he's ugly
"Why? Because you didn't have Benito? Because you're ugly without him?" I asked with tears threatening to show
"Yes." He smirked
"And here I was thinking that was one of your best pictures." I said, holding back the tears
"Because I was with you." He nudged me while I looked at the picture
"No. Because you were truly happy. Maybe the happiest I've seen you." I confessed. He wrapped his arms around my waist and swayed us back and forth.
