Chapter 6: Monnster, Creepers & Apoligizes

Andromeda's POV

I ran, I ran as fast as I could out of that cabin and out of the borders of the camp. You may be asking why did I just yell at him when he was trying to help, well I'm just stressed out and a little tried. My anxiety does these things to me, likes to analyze every single little detail that could go wrong, like : you could die, they don't like you, their only being nice cause your new and they feel sorry, you're gonna die alone, you're not good enough.

As I'm running I could hear my heart beat in my ears and I was getting dizzy from all the blood rushing in my body. I could feel the sword Percy gave me jumping up and down as I ran. there is one thing I would try to hide I already new how to fight and defend myself, I've also killed a few monsters in my time of knowing about who I am.

To tell you something I was terrified to go back to the apartment building above the drug store that held three other places for people, I was scared cause my foster dad Chad didn't like me very much and when he get mad he got abusive, that's the other reason why I always wear sweaters in hot weather to cover the bruises on scars along myself from him.

This is another reason why I don't get along with people that and my disabilities to do stuff.

As I'm thinking I hear a laughter coming from the right side of me and it got louder as it source came closer, I'll tell you one thing I wasn't scared even if it was the middle of the night.

"Well lookie here  fresh meat" said a voice coming out of the shadows, and I wouldn't be mistaken this guy was handsome bad-boy handsome."Well did a cat get your tongue or are you a mute love" said another boy . " No I'm not a mute or fresh meat and don't call me love" I say and the first guy chuckles and says "Ah she speaks and she sassy" and I do is glare at him.

"you know some guys find it attractive when a girls mad" he said "Well would you find it sexy if I kicked you in the balls, and besides I don't kiss creepers in shadows"I say.

"Nobody said anything about kissing but if you wanna, and were not creepers besides were not the ones sneaking out of the camp" he said and he and his friend chuckled like they won the argument. "Whatever and I wasn't sneaking out of the camp I had an agruement with my sibling and I'll still find you guys creepers cause I don't even know your names" I say proudly "well I'm Travis & I'm Connor and were the Stoll's, son of Hermes" they say together "Ah Stoll's I've heard about you, and I'm Andromeda but only special people can call me Andy, and daughter of Poseidan" I say.

"Oh yah your the new girl well welcome" they say and take a bow.

"Just one question what are you two doing out here" I ask and the guy name Connor mumbles something like "we saw you running and we also heard crying and a little yelling so we decided to follow you to make sure you were okay and didn't get killed" and Travis just smirks.

"So not only are you Hermes's kids your also stockers" I say with a smile. "No I told you were no-," Travis got cut off by a big yell and a earthquake coming our way he fell over just like his brother but I caught myself and balanced on the balls of my feet as i looked up to see a giant that was all blue."Isn't one of those freezer giants" I say as I helped the guys up as a horn went off in the distance.

"Yah how did you know" ask Connor and I just shrugged, as campers came running out in amour and pj's, I almost had the urge to laugh but didn't.

The giant yelled just as the seven came running toward us, Percy wouldn't look at me and I was fine with that.

"YOU" the giant yelled and looked at me as the campers turned.

"SHOULD NOT BE HERE YOU'LL AWAKEN VERY BAD THINGS, YOU ARE VERY POWERFUL AND MORE DANGEROUS TO OUR KIND AND OTHERS YOU WILL DIE!" the giant yelled and continued his sentence which I wish he hadn't, cause when he did three hellhounds appeared.

"yes because I just love being called powerful, dangerous and your going to die" I say to myself in my head as I turned around and a hellhound charged at Annabeth but I intercepted the blow so the right side of my right leg had a huge gash on it as I slid under the hellhound and stuck my sword right up in the beasts stomach as he howled and turned to gold ash. I got myself up with gash that hurt like hades as Annabeth and a few other campers stared at "Well don't just stare at me it creepy and round and were in a battle right now so fight and if you are staring at me at least take a picture" I say in hurry as some campers made groups around the two other hounds as the seven went up to the giant.

The giant didn't notice us which I wanted him too so I could see the frighten look in his face but didn't, instead I looked at Annabeth and saw a hat in her pocket sticken out and I remember her telling me if a person put it on the person would turn invisible."hey Annabeth can I borrow you're hat I have a plan, I know these are your thing but trust me" I asked and explained to her in a whisper as she handed over the hat and said "what's the plan" " I need you all to form a circle and I'm gonna yell something to irate him as I run around for 30 seconds then I need you to get someone to distract he for one minute as I do something really stupid but good" I say to her and she just smirks as she runs off to tell the others and they look back to me and smile and Annabeth gives me a thumbs up as I put the hat on.

Being invisible I ran around the giant for thirty seconds yelling things like: "Yo jack frost", "bean stock" and "Frosty the snow man" which gave some of the other campers a laugh as they just defeated the two hellhounds. After thirty seconds the person for the distraction was Percy and I was surprised. I put my plan into motion as Percy was yelling some of the things I said. I felt that serge of adrenaline go through me as I got a burning sensation in my stomach and a pull as I look back up from the pain in my legs I see Percy fighting the giant as the giant is about to pull on last trick, he makes an icicle big enough to go straight through Percy. I run straight in front of Percy with the burning sensation getting stronger I yell "You're NOT killing the only family I know I have left you take him and your gonna have a lot of pissed off girls who are gonna find whoever sent you and are gonna kill him or her" as I yelled the giant dropped the icicle I pushed Percy out of the way so he backed up and I ended up with the leg in my thigh just merely missing a huge ardery and I screamed at the top of my lungs.

And right now I was so p- off my scream got higher and louder so high pitched the giant started to fall as he was turning into just shards of ice then to snowflakes and that was what was left of him as Leo started to melt the snow so it turned into water which I evaporated as the burning sensation went away.

Campers started to run over to me and so were the seven Percy looked the most concerned. Percy bent down to my level which means he was squatting cause I was tonically lying down no I am lying down on the ground just as Chiron came trotting over.

"oh dear, we must get her to the infirmary and get Apollo" Chiron said with guilt in his voice as he went to go talk to some Apollo campers.

"so does it hurt" ask Percy "not not really and I'm sorry for yelling and running off I was an idiot and I don't know what I was thinking" I say with tears threatening to drop. "You don't have to be sorry and to be real with ya a lot of that was true and you are gonna get a prince charming and a happily ever after, and you are not an idiot what you did just know leading my group of friends off into battle with a plan and you killed a hellhound and a giant in what your first day and how you defeated the giant you weren't even scared who might have been I don't know but this glint in you're eye showed no fear you saved my girlfriend and me and could've gotten yourself killed that take strength" Percy said and those tears spilled like a water fall and I hugged him he was shocked at first but granted the hug and hugged back.

For the first time in my life I actually feel loved by someone who is my family.
