One day as Adjo was walking in the village looking for his cousin Heba, who had wandered out of the palace as he had been playing with her, he came across a beautiful girl, the girl seemed to be having trouble looking after the young girl who Adjo believed was her sister, the older girl seemed to be looking around in the sand while the young girl seemed to be crying. Adjo felt sympathy for the beautiful girl and wanted to help the girl. He decided to walk up to her, when he was next to the girl, she noticed his presence and she went down on her knees and started bowing to Adjo. Adjo told the girl to stand up and asked her what was happening. The girl told Adjo that she was looking after her little sister called Mandisa who had lost her toy. Adjo told the girl that he wanted to help and she said she didn't need the help but Adjo insisted and they both started searching for the young girls toy. After a while of looking for the toy he saw it lying in the sand and went to pick it up. He dusted it off and went to give it too the girl. He asked the girl what her name was and she told him that it was Femi. He told Femi that it was a beautiful name and that she should come to the palace to see him some time. She said that she probably wouldn't as she was just a servant and with that went on her own way. Adjo walked back to his palace and Femi walked back to her home. As she walked off into the distance Adjo couldn't keep his eyes off the fading figure, as she disappeared from his view he turned around and continued on his way, the thought of this girl on his mind until he saw a little girl running past him and the thoughts of the girl left him as he chased Heba around the village trying to catch the giggling toddler.
