True Love is Confessed

It was the wedding day, they day everyone had been waiting for, the day the eldest children of the two kingdoms Minya and Asyut would get married. All the guests were beginning to arrive. Everything was in place for the ceremony of a lifetime. The two entered the chapel. Then it was announced. They kissed and then they were married. Everyone congratulated them on their new found love. Then everyone had to leave and Seth and Mesi would be together forever. Then their was the difficult choice of which kingdom they were going to live in. Was it going to be Asyut or Minya. They did after a while come to a conclusion. They were going to live in Asyut. But that didn't mean they were never going to see Mesi's family again, they were going to visit every now and then so both families were seen almost equally. Seth and Mesi were as happy as could be that everyone now knew of their very strong love. Adjo felt though he should to tell the person he loved all his feelings but then he thought he had better not for he was still very young and it wasn't normal to have feelings for your own slave. As the day came to an end Femi and Adjo walked back to Adjo's room. They said their goodnight's and they both went to their own beds. Adjo lay in his bed for what seemed like an hour thinking how he would tell the loved one his feelings. In another room still in the castle a young girl by the name of Femi was also laying in her bed thinking about the boy that she loved Adjo. She knew she would never get him for he was a prince and she was just a slave girl. She hoped that someday someone would tell her that she is beautiful or that she was their very own. She wanted love in her life, she loved Adjo but even if they both loved each other their love would be forbidden.

The sun rose quite early the next morning and Femi awoke and went to begin cleaning in Adjo's room. When she arrived it was a s peaceful as usual and Adjo wasn't stirring. She then began dusting his possessions as normal and then he began talking, Femi knew he was still asleep and was just talking in his sleep for he did that quite often. Adjo started saying "No Mesi, I don't love you, I will never marry you, you are already married to my brother and I will never do anything to hurt him. I love another Mesi, I love ..." He then stopped talking and Femi started giggling because it was quite funny when he started talking. Then he began again "I love... I love... I love Femi" Femi was shocked and wondered if it was true. She then started doubting it was true and Adjo awoke. He woke up quite startled for he had had a terrible dream. Adjo woke up and acted normal as though nothing had just come out of his mouth because he didn't know that he had just said what he said. The two continued with their normal morning routines and then Adjo said that he wanted to go to the top of the sand dune that they lived near. Femi went with because she had to. When the got to the top they both sat down next to each other and Femi asked Adjo if she had permission to talk. Adjo said she always had permission to talk and asked why she looked so shocked. Femi then said "Adjo, this morning when I was cleaning your room you started speaking again. Like sleep talking and what you said I was wondering if it was true." Adjo asked what he had said. Femi said "Adjo you said you loved me." Adjo looked very shocked and didn't know he had said that. Femi then asked and said so you don't love me and Adjo said to her "Femi, I never like to lie to people especially you. I have one thing to say, Femi you are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen and I do love you." Femi then asked if she could say something too. Adjo said to Femi to stop asking his permission for her to talk to him. She then said "Adjo, our love would be forbidden even though it is forbidden, I still love you and I wish I could be with you forever." Then they went closer and kissed.
