Episode 14: Confessions

Mitsuki stands there shocked unknowing how to react. After a few minutes she squeezes her eyes shut and shakes her head "No! No, that can't be true!" she says raising her voice.

"It's the truth Mitsuki......I killed Uryu........I killed him as if he were an animal meant to be killed...." Yasuo explains Coldly "I'm a Human......a human monster hunter descendant of Van helsing.....and I've been sent here for one purpose and one purpose only....."

Mitsuki grits her teeth "And what is that purpose?"

"Too kill....And behead Byakuya Hayabusa, head of Hayabusa industries.......and to bring his head to my superiors...." Yasuo informs her seriously "Yes Mitsuki.....I'm here to kill your brother....."

"Why... Why are you telling me this... " She looks down then back up at him, hurt clear in her eyes "You're a liar... and a traitor... you only used me to get to my brother! I thought we were friends... I thought...." Her eyes begin to water though she's not sure why.

Yasuo looks away toward the path of the school then back at her "You should leave now....." he says calmly "I'm going to kill Byakuya....and nothing can get in my way.....I did what was necessary to keep my identity a secret, trust me if you were in my shoes you'd understand."

Mitsuki turns away her back facing Yasuo ready to leave but before she goes she speaks over her shoulder in a hurt voice "I don't want to fight you... but know.. if it comes to it, I will not let you kill my brother." She glances back giving him one last look before running off at inhuman speed back toward the school.

Yasuo waits as her shadow dissappears in the distance and let's out a breathe of air 'I'm sorry...forgive me Mitsuki but this must be done....Byakuya must die'

Mitsuki quickly rushes back to the school to find Byakuya. Tears slowy roll down her face though she tries to hold them back. She sniffs the air and follows her brother's scent to him. "Byakuya... please, take me home." She says grabbing his sleeve wanting to get them both out of there.

"Mitsuki go home now....." Byakuya orders her coldly "There's something I need to take care of.......I'm gonna find him.... I'm going to find Yasuo and tear him apart limb from limb!"

"How... How did you know it was him?" She asks both shocked and confused

"I sent Uryu to question Yasuo about where he really comes from? That's the same day Uryu died........his Scent at first was unfamiliar but then I realised it couldn't be more familiar the scent of a human.......how he purposely dodged your questions of what he Is...playing the innocent victim......" Byakuya explains as he begins to storm toward the woods "He killed my closest friend....its time for me too avenge him the right way"

Mitsuki stands there nervously unsure of what to do before walking quickly, catching up to Byakuya, "Byakuya wait! You're the one he wants.... going after him by yourself like this is exactly what he wants to happen."

"I'm glad that's what he wants.....because it's what I want as well" Byakuya speaks with an angry tone "Go. Home. Mitsuki....now"

"No, stop treating me like a child" Mitsuki speaks up for herself "I'm not letting you do this alone."

Byakuya stops in his tracks "Go home....." he turns toward her "You don't know what your doing, you haven't experienced a fight in your entire life....I've kept you away from violence I pampered you so you could live a normal life..., You don't know what's it like to have Blood on your hands.......once you do, you can never go back"

Mitsuki grits her teeth wanting to argue this further but bites her tongue seeing how serious Byakuya is. "Fine" she growls turning away.

Byakuya starts storming out of the building his teeth and claws protruding with a feral wolf like rage "time for everything to end now..."he enters the forest sniffing the air, following the human scent as he see's a shadow in the distance "so, the truth had finally come to light..." he speaks up to Yasuo

"I never lied." Yasuo says coming out of the shadows to face Byakuya "I just withheld my true intentions."

"Oh, Was killing Uryu a part of your intentions?" Byakuya questions him angrily "or maybe breaking my sisters heart? Someone who trusted you completely....you threw her trust away like trash all so you could what? What's your purpose here and why?"

"My purpose, is to bring you to an end Byakuya Hayabusa." Yasuo pauses "I come from a well known family of monster hunters. We do not kill as long as you monsters stay within your boundaries and obey the Laws set forth. You, Byakuya, know exactly which laws you have broken, and it is time you pay for your crimes."

"Laws that I have broken?" Byakuya stares at Yasuo calmly "I've broken no laws....I don't step foot over any boundaries I'm not supposed too......The only law breaker I see is you....You sneak into our Territory, portray yourself as a Monster which is grounds for death.....and not only do you Falsely accuse me of breaking laws you kill my closest friend a monster.........No, no Yasuo your wrong you see...the only person to be punished here is you!" He bolts forward at lightning unseen speed right up to Yasuo staring at the monster hunter dead in the eyes as his claws make their way toward his gut "your too slow....."

Yasuo takes on the full blow and disappears dispersing into the air. "For something with a keen sense of smell it was pretty easy to trick you." The real Yasuo says from multiple directions in the shadows, "Though my family isn't called the best monster hunters for nothing." Just as he finishes his sentence three arrows come shooting out of nowhere at Byakuya.

Byakuya grunts twisting his body and ducking the 3 arrows, one of them brushing past and cutting a few hairs off his head hitting a tree "Your underestimating my senses......" he growls lowly starting to grow fur on his skin as his muscles tense and start to build up "You're looking at the head of the Hayabusa Clan.....The Alpha Wolf......and you will hear my Howl....." his face starts to shift into that of a wolves as his body begins to grow and change drastically and painfully, his muscles twisting and turning he starts to grow rapidly bigger than ever, his voice getting deeper and darker as if a completely different being "Tell me 'Monster Hunter' have you ever come face to face with a Wolf such as I?.....would you like to here my Howl?."

"I've come face to face with dozens of monsters but an alpha wolf of your stature no" Yasuo says stepping out bow in hand "But your status matters not to me, I, Yasuo Soma of the Soma family will end you today. Here shall be your final resting place."

"You've made a mistake....your too overconfident in your abilities and overconfidence will be the death of you..." Byakuya begins to breathe in deeply as his eyes dilate and let's out an intense blast of sonic energy from his mouth through howling that shakes the woods they Battle in tearing through dozens of trees in Yasuo's direction

Yasuo digs his heels into the ground and puts his hands up in front of him as the sonic energy pushes him back. "Dont underestimate me." he says through gritted teeth.

"Your right, I shouldn't" Byakuya huffs walking toward Yasuo eventually sprinting like a Savage beast "time to show you, what happens when you piss off the wrong Monster..."
