Episode 19: Mitsuki's Request

Yasuo breathes heavily taking cover in a tree miles away. 'Everyone..... gone.....' His eyes begin to water as if he is going to cry when he squeezes his eyes shut and clentches his fist. 'No.... I don't have time to grieve, not while that guy is still walking around, I will avenge them, every last one of them...' His eyes shoot open filled with rage, 'If it's the last thing I do!'

Cutting back to Monster's high, Byakuya exits his homeroom moving toward the exit of the school 'Finally...feels like the day has been going on forever...time too rest' he thinks to himself in relief.

"Hey Nii-san, wait up!" Mitsuki waves as she heads over to him, "How was class today?" she asks curiously.

"It was as great as it always is" Byakuya says casually "Except for that one thing..." he shakes his head a little frustrated "That new girl....the pink haired one she's in my class....shes in most of my classes..."

"Oh?" Mitsuki asks raising an eyebrow, "Well what do you care unless...." She pauses and then looks at him with a giant smile "You like her!"

Byakuya raises his eyebrow "I what?..." he says taken back from the statement he scoffs "I don't like people, Mistuki.....her presence bothers me that's all...somethings off about her"

"Hmm suuurrreeeee" Mitsuki says giggling, "You could try having friends though Nii-san, you don't really hang out with anyone since...." She trails off not wanting to finish the sentence.

Byakuya looks away and then shakes it off "I have no time for friends....trust is earned not given" He states wisely as they exit the school "Besides I run a international corporation, I study at a high school for monsters like us and I have too babysit my little sister....i have no time for friends"

"Hey!" Mitsuki says looking up at him "You don't have to babysit me, are you forgetting I saved YOU from getting killed. I mean I didn't do a great job, I almost died..." she trails off "But I can handle myself!" she whines childishly.

"Yeah you can handle yourself about as much as a deer can handle being hunted.." Byakuya states wisely "which means you would have died if I weren't around."

"Well... well... hmph" She tries to argue to no avail and huffs as she crosses her arms. She stays quiet for a bit when she stops in her tracks looking down at the ground seriously. "Nii-san?" She asks in a tone unlike her usual self.

Byakuya stops in his own tracks and turns too her with an eyebrow raised "What is it Mitsuki?" He asks curiously feeling her uneasiness "is there something wrong?"

Mitsuki stays quiet for a moment as she clentches her fists tightly. "Nii-san, I...." she pauses and then looks up with determination all over her face and fire in her eyes, "I want you to teach me how to fight!" She says raising her voice.

"You want me to? To what?" Byakuya stares at her dumbfounded and confused then he realises what she just asked "E-EHHH?!!!!"

"Come on Nii-san, I think I'm old enough, besides what happens if I get into some kind of serious trouble and you're on a business trip far away or something? I know you think of me as your little sister that needs protecting but it's time I learn to fight a bit for my own and use some more of my power." She explains.

Byakuya crosses his arms leaning on a wall in deep thought "You want to learn to use more of your power and fight....thats going to be difficult" he sighs "The female wolves have more trouble controlling themselves than the males. Once you activate your full wolf form your instincts will take over. Why do you think Alphas are usually the head In politics and strategies you females are rage Induced beasts in combat, at one point female wolves were the dominant ones in our military you know."

"Well then even more reason for me to start now." Mitsuki says looking up at him with big eyes, "The sooner I learn to start controlling it the easier it'll be when I get older."

"It's not that simple....It'll take a lot more than puppy eyes to convince me you're ready for Lycan training..." Byakuya scoffs looking away stubbornly "Why do you want to learn how to fight all of a sudden?"

"Well, the situation with Yasuo made me realize I should really learn how. What if something like that happens again? Or what if you need saving one day?" She responds trying to reason with him.

Byakuya glances at her and sighs in defeat "Fine, fine I'll train you. Tomorrow at noon." he agrees reluctantly "Don't say I didn't warn you....if you lose control it could hurt or kill somebody even me..."

Mitsuki looks down a bit worried then shakes her head, "No... I know I can do this, I'll train hard and carefully."

"Lets go home then...youll need to rest up for tomorrow" Byakuya leads the way out of the school as 3 figures watch from a distance

"I like her...shes a fighter" the male licks his two fangs in a lustful manner "I love girls with fire in them...hehe"

"I've been keeping tabs on their friend the witch, maybe learn something from her" the third red haired girl informs them

Kyoko the third person stares at Byakuya's figure, in deep thought 'hmmm....' she shakes it off "We have a mission to do...dont forget" the vampire girl sighs

Mitsuki nods "Alright Nii-san, I'm right behind you." She smiles following after Byakuya.
