Three days after the incident, Byakuya sits in his Office which is connected to his bedroom revising a few of his school reports "No, that can't be right..." he sighs rubbing his forehead. He erases a few lines and growls lowly snapping his Pen in two 'Im on edge today.......it's that Kid.....Yasuo.......Something's not right about him....not right at all.....his Scent is out of whack...' he thinks to himself

"Who is this guy? And why didn't I see him during Orientation" Byakuya questions nobody in particular "He better stay away from us....if he knows what's good for him...or else...No, I can't allow my anger to get the better of me.....Im stronger than this"

Mitsuki knocks on the door but enters before she gets a response. "Were you talking to someone?" she asks looking around a bit confused then sets a tray down before him. "I... brought you some tea, thought it might help calm your nerves." She says as she takes a seat on a chair across from him.

"Hn.....Thanks..." Byakuya continues revising his paperwork "You entered without Permission again..." he sighs looking up at her "What do you want?..."

Mitsuki looks down hesitating as she fiddles with her hands. She takes a breath, "I want an explanation." She says looking up at him, and then begins to speak quicker before he can interrupt, "I told you I'd stay away because that's what you asked of me but I don't think it's right to set rules like that without even telling me why, I think I deserve a reason."

"I just don't like him..." Byakuya Bluntly states not even glancing at Mitsuki "Now go and enjoy your day.....leave me be, I have work to do.." he sighs focusing on his Paperwork

Mitsuki nods quietly getting up and leaving, closing the door behind her. "Maybe I'll see if Izumo wants to do something since Nii-san is too busy..." She sighs looking over her shoulder at the door to the office, "He's always too busy..."

As if on cue there's a knock on the front door. "Hey Mitsuki! I heard there's a huge midnight sale at the mall, let's go check it out!" A familiar voice speaks from behind the door.

Mitsuki opens it to find Izumo and smiles, "I was just about to call you."

"Well come on, we wanna get there before all the good stuff is gone!" Izumo says grabbing Mitsuki by the wrist and leading her out of the house and in a moment they're outside of the mall.

"Hey, you know you're not suppose to use your magic for such little things." Mitsuki says, "Besides, we've still got an hour before the sale even starts."

Izumo giggles, "Oops, I guess that means we can waste some time walking around the mall for a bit."

The two girls walk around the mall, going in and out of stores checking everything out when Izumo taps Mitsuki on the shoulder noticing something. "Hey Mitsuki, isn't that the kid Byakuya went all crazy on?" She asks pointing at a familiar blonde haired boy walking out one of the stores in front of them.

Mitsuki nods, "Yasuo was his name, I should go apologize to him, you know Byakuya isn't going to." She says as she walks over to him.

"Hey, you're Yasuo Soma right?" She asks the boy.

"Hai." He nods looking around a bit uncomfortably.

Mitsuki waves her hand, "Don't worry, my brother isn't here and he wouldn't be caught dead in a place like this anyways. I just came over because I actually wanted to apologize for the way he treated you. He gets pretty protective over me, I'm not sure why he thought you were a threat but I'm sure his intentions were good. Either way, I am sorry, are you okay?"

Yasuo nods "Y-yes, Im okay just some minor Scratches no big deal The Voodoo Doctor at school took care of it" he sighs in relief "I should go, I don't want to take up anymore of your time...and I myself don't really feel Comfortable here.." The blonde boy bows in respect and walks off

'Hm? That was... weird.' Mitsuki thinks to herself, 'Is it because of what happend last time? Or is it me?'

Izumo giggles "I for one think he likes you" She teases "You see the way he looked at you, never seen someone so in love! Hehe!"

"Huh?" Mitsuki asks confused, "No way! He couldn't wait to get out of here." She says her cheeks beginning to get a slight red.

"You know, he's pretty cute, not my type but still hot, and Byakuya doesn't like him so he must be a nice guy." Izumo laughs, "I'd say go for it, it might be fun." She winks at Mitsuki nudging her slightly.

Mitsuki shrugs, "I don't really know him, but maybe I should make it a point to learn more." She says with a smile.

-Timeskip The Next School Night-

Byakuya could not make it too school, due to out of town Business. He leaves Mitsuki a note to deliver to the Schools Principle 'Dear Mr. Kazuma, I will not be able to come into school today I have been called on by my Families Corporation for a few meetings in A foreign country we will be securing a Trading Alliance with a rival company. Please Excuse my Absences I will return within a Week make sure My Younger sister does well in her classes. Let me know if anything comes up. AT ALL.

Sincerely, Byakuya Hayabusa'

"I see." An older man with black, medium length hair pulled in a pony tail and grey eyes with round glasses says from behind a desk. "Everything seems in order, as long as he makes up the work he's missed when he gets back, I understand." He says smiling as he puts the paper down, "It'll be taken care of, thank you Ms. Hayabusa, you may go to class now."

Mitsuki nods, "Hai, thank you." She bows politely and heads out of his office. "Did he really tell him to babysit me?" Mitsuki mumbles as she walks down the hall quickly not paying attention to where she is going. "He gets the week off why shouldn't I? This is bull- oof!" Her small rant is cut off when she walks into someone.

"I'm sorry, that was completely my fault." Mitsuki says looking up to see who see bumped into. "Oh, Yasuo its you. I guess we just can't help but to keep bumping into each other." She laughs playfully.

Yasuo rubs the back of his neck nervously "Yeah, I guess your right...Listen im late for class, I'll ughm see you another time Mitsuki.." he begins to walk off clearly uncomfortable around her.

Mitsuki sighs leaning against the wall, 'I don't know what it is about that boy, he seems a bit weird...." She smiles crossing her arms, "But I think I like it."

"Ha! I knew you would" Izumo chimes in "You have a crush on the new kid! You. And. Yasuo. Sitting in a tree. K.i.S.S.I.N.G hahahaha!" She giggles teasing Mitsuki.

"Excuse me miss Hayabusa? You are Byakuya's younger sister correct" A tall high schooler with glasses and black hair asks politely, his pale but smooth skin glistening in the light.

"Who wants to know?" Izumo asks protectively

"Excuse my rudeness, My name is Uryu, Uryu Ishida. Nice to meet you I am an old friend of Byakuya's and he has tasked me with keeping you informed on his progress and status" He bows kindly with a smile "He has also tasked me with Keeping him informed on how your doing in classes."

Mitsuki sighs shoulders slumped, "A babysitter... He really left a babysitter, are you suppose to stay at our house too and make sure I'm eating dinner and doing homework?" She asks sarcastically clearly annoyed.

"No, no miss Hayabusa consider me more like a Tutor to help you with your classes and making sure your grades are kept high" Uryu nods with a chuckle, "Ah, Yes Byakuya told me to give you this letter, he says not to open it until School is finished and you get home." Ishida then leaves handing her the envelope.

"Uh.. okay?" Mitsuki says looking down at the envelope in her hand confused, 'Why does he want me to wait to open it?'

Izumo shrugs "Mitsuki, we're ughm late to class....well you are and Im not sure you want to get a detention while Byakuya is away."

Mitsuki nods "You're right, let's go." She says heading to class, "Oh and Izumo? I do not have a crush on the new kid!"

Izumo laughs waving her hand "If you didn't, you wouldn't try to convince me otherwise. Don't worry, your secrets safe with me." She giggles humming "Sitting in a tree" as they walk down the hall to class.
