It's been a couple days since that Luke has entered my life. For a week he would sit with us at lunch and just if that wasn't enough, Luke and I had 3 classes together.I just want him to get away from me. Don't get me wrong, Luke he very attractive, but he just annoys the heck out of me. Today is Friday and I'm in math class, which is terrible since Luke just had to be in this class as well.
"Miss Mitchell!" I hear my math teacher, Mr. Grack, yell with his screeching voice. His voice gives me chills.
"Yes," I say attempting to act all sweet. Maybe he'll let me go this time. I do not need to get in trouble when the weekend is so close.
"Care to answer the equation on the board or were you too busy daydreaming?"
This teacher really gets on my nerves. Every teacher at least appreciates my presence. Mr. Grack is one of the few teachers in my life who does not like me for some apparent reason or maybe it's because he sees through my "sweet girl" facade.
I squint my eyes and look at the board. It's something about finding the value of X.
"Well Miss Mitchell, we don't have all day," he points at his wrist watch.
Since I don't the answer and I could care less, I'll just go with the smart answer.
"Mr. Grack, the value of X is trash," everyone stops what they're doing and stares at me, "Most exes are trash, but you are lucky if your ex is still your friend." I smile proudly, while Mr. Grack rolls his eyes.
"Miss Mitchell, you're lucky I'm not in a bad mood since the weekend is very close by, but the next time you decide to get smart with your answers again, I will not hesitate to give you detention."
"Yes sir"
The bell rings and school is finally over.
I grab all my things and rush to the door, but I'm stopped by a giant. I look up and it's the devil, I mean, Luke.
"That was quite a show you put on there sweetheart. I enjoyed every bit of it," he said with a smirk
"I'm not your sweetheart." I glare at him. I really want to slap his lip ring out of his lip.
"Oh, we'll see," Luke said, then he moved out of my way and left, leaving me utterly annoyed.
