I didn't want to be left at the party alone, knowing my brother would probably get drunk, make out with another girl, and leave me stranded with no ride back home, so I called Mia and asked her to come with me.
"Is Jake going to be there?"
"Of course." I rolled my eyes. Mia can do so much better. Jake is no good for her.
"Okay, I'll be at your house by six, so we can do our makeup together."
"Sounds good, bye." I hung before she had a chance to say bye back.
I don't want to admit it, but I'm excited about the party, aside from the fact that Jake is going to be annoying, per usual. I see Luke as a potential friend, nothing else.
At six, Mia comes to the house with Michael. We do our makeup, while Jake and Michael, play video games. We finish by seven forty-five, which is perfect because the party starts at eight.
Michael is our designated driver, but we all know that Jake and Michael are going to get shit-faced and won't be able to drive, so Mia would probably drive since it's her brother's car
We arrive at the Hemmings' house and let me tell you that this house looks elegant. Too bad a bunch of teenagers are going to trash it.
As we approach, it opens and Luke is standing in front of us.
"I'm so glad you guys could make it," as Luke says that his eyes trail to me and I make eye contact with him before Mia nudges me.
We enter his house and they were a lot of people already and you could smell the booze from a mile away. Jake immediately goes to Ashton, Calum, and Michael; leaving Mia and myself with hormonal drunk teenagers.
After two hours of this lame party, I've at least had two beers and Mia is completely sober.
"Well, Jake is already drunk and he's our designated driver. Who's gonna drive us, obviously you can't do it," Mia explained
Luke approaches us with Jake holding on to him.
"Jake's totally wasted and I overheard your conversation. I can drive you guys," Luke offers.
Before I say anything, I run and push everyone out of the way. I throw up in a plant. This is why I don't drink. Mia rushes next to me and holds my hair back.
"Let's get out of here, Ally," Mia says but as soon as I stand up, I fall back and hit my head on the plant. The last thing I remember is Luke carrying me before everything turns black.
Don't forget to vote and comment :)
