okay, uhm my friends are in a bad relationship right now. Broken Rose, was what came out of that relationship. anyways, my friends have been dating for about two months. they were happy, because they were in love. they made each other happy, because seeing their faces made them happy, even though they left someone important out of it haha.
next thing you know, the guy decides to break up with the girl because, it was "awkward." what i don't understand about that is, why? why would you do that? keep in mind this guy loved this girl for over a year. just because something was "awkward" you leave them behind?! love is complicated. love is trust, happiness, and forgiveness. you will have your good times and you will have your bad times. you don't just leave someone you love.
i'm really confused and sad because i don't understand anything. i remember, my first boyfriend was great :) he made me happy every single day, for a year and four months, but at least when he broke up with me, it was to make both of us happy. i was broken for about a week and a half, but as long as i saw that he was happy, it made me smile every single day. (sorry if you are reading this first boyfriend, just a lil example. thank you for everything ^_^)
definition of love = an intense feeling of deep affection. look at something you love and cherish. it might be your friends or family or something else, but they have one thing in common, you would do anything and everything or them or it. if it's a person, you would do anything and everything to see their handsome/gorgeous smile every single day. because, when you are in love, you think about this person 24 hours, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. you want to know how they are doing, or how they are feeling. you would never hurt them, because that's love my dear. love is so difficult because, you don't know if you are falling in love, or falling into a giant trap.
if they were crying, you would make sure they would stop crying. if someone was being a huge jerk to them, you would help them, even if it hurts you. even though someone would say, why won't this or this person do it, because it's their fault. you know why? because, everyone in this world has a purpose love.
i got this question before, "why would you help someone if you weren't in the conversation anyways?" here's my answer. my name is angelica, i have always been an empathetic person. it's who i am. i have a big heart even though people like to take pieces of it. it's okay. i would help everyone and anyone. i don't care if you are broke, rich, or have nothing. you are special to me at some point. my mom told me that when i was younger (3-7) i would give people tissues when they cried. i was always like this. :)
they may think they are ugly, stupid, and just an ugly person, you would tell them that they were the best thing that ever happened to you. you know my first boyfriend, is my best friend. :) even though we broke up, we still make each smile and stick up for one another.
back to the topic at hand, do not date someone over "pity." because, ma'am or sir, that is not love. that's sympathy. i would do anything for my friends or family, because i am so blessed to have each and every one of them. ava, brooke, zack, zoe, blake, andrew, gabe, grace, alexandra, aubrie, darcy, jeovany, ally, and so many people..i love them all. they helped me in the worst situations that were ever imagined of. please, while you are on this planet we call Earth, cherish every moment you have. you are beautiful or handsome. i have horrible self-esteem issues because of certain people. i want everyone to know that they are wanted in this world. boyfriend/girlfriend or not. you are wanted. you are special. you are the most beautiful/handsome thing in this world
don't give up hope. hopefully, you will find your soulmate soon.
