Stuart didn't move from his spot, his lengthy arms wrapped around his long legs. He looked paler than usual, his hair was more of a mess and his bags under his eyes looked ten times worse than usual.

"Stu?" I called out trying not to startle him. "(Y-y/n?)" he stutters not waning to look up. I sigh and nod walking over to him and kneeling down. My face close to his.

He looked confused at first, as I brought him into a tight embrace, but soon took in the hug like it was the last one he'd ever get.

"Want me to close to curtain for you?" I asked quietly petting his hair down a bit.

I won't admit this wasn't awkward and felt weird. But I think we both needed someone right now.

"Y-yea pleaze" he lets go slowly, hugging his knees again.

I closed the curtains but not before glaring at the giant animal. "Alrighty Stu! Let's do something!" I smile happily.

"Like wha?" He asks curiously standing up feeling a bit better.

"Like..." My eyes locked onto his record player. "Let's have a dance competition!" I smiled.

This seemed to lighten his mood ever so slightly as he nodded putting in a CD, of course only playing Gorillaz songs.

19-2000 came on and I basically squealed. It was my favourite one to listen to back in my room.

I sang along and danced stupidly.

"The world is spinning too fast, I'm buying lead Nike shoes. To keep myself tethered from the days I tried to loose.

My mama said to slow down you must make your own shoes. Quit dancing to the music of Gorillaz in a happy mood.

2D laughed a big and danced along. "Noodles voice was so cute in this song!" I yell over the loud music.

"I know~!" 2D exclaims.

We continued to dance for what seemed like only a few minutes. Time flies by when you're having fun.

Melancholy hill came up next. We both calmed down and sat on his bed, we both hummed and sang quietly syncing our voices once again.

I did really love the sound of his voice. And mine together sounded great as well.

"Up on Melancholy Hill there's a plastic tree. Are you here with me?" I thought about Noodle, and how she isn't here with me, making me a bit sad.

"Just looking out on the day, of another dream..." 2D sang that part as I got deep into thought.

Cause' you are my medicine when your close to me. When your close to me~" he sang holding my hand a bit to calm down the tears that threatened to come out.

I shivered and looked at him. I began to feel a bit sick. Home sick I guess.

I got all fidgety. I can't stand this place sometimes.

"When do you think Noodle will find us?" I ask quietly.

"I haven' got' the faintest idea ther' (Y/n). I-I'm not even too sure if she ain't dead or not..." He sighs looking down playing with the hem of his shirt.

"C-can I sleep here tonight? I don't like my empty room and I thought you'd like some company" I smile hopefully.

"Course' I'll take the floor of ya'd like" he says.

"No- it's alright! I'll take the floor. It's your bed." I smile up at him as he nods.

"Well... Good nite (Y/n)" he says passing me 2 blankets, one as a makeshift mattress and the other as a regular blanket, and gave me a pillow as well.

I got comfy right beside his bed and looked up at the tired looking man above me.

"Night Stu..." And I drifted off to a deep deep sleep.
