I groaned waking up to Darcie's cries yet again, I figured out that Ms. Barbara actually sets them to cry at exactly 6:45 am every weekday to serve as an alarm clock for us, and on the weekends exactly 6:50 , of course not counting the 2 am and 4 am alerts.

I got up and carried Darcie rocking her slowly while heading towards the bathroom to do my hair. I tried my best to comb it down while holding the doll, but failed leaving my hair down curly and wavy. I changed to some pants by jumping up and down, successfully doing so while feeding Darcie. I placed on a The Killers shirt, I randomly found inside my room and went downstairs to get some breakfast.

I grabbed an apple and my backpack plus Darcie's pink bag and headed out the door. Darcie was safety secured around me thanks to the technique Liz thought me about using a blanket and making a small swing attaching you baby to you.

I hurried to school since I was walking it took at least thirty minutes to get there. I got around the second block when I heard a car honking at me. I chose to ignore it because it was probably one of the seniors that messes with me, but as soon as Darcie started crying, I whipped my head around ready to flip the person off, but then saw Michael from the drivers seat.

He motioned me to come inside, as I hurriedly got in his car, and fed Darcie her pacifier.

"Thanks Michael, I almost knew I was going to be late." I smiled at him.

"It's nothing, I thought you needed a ride too. How's things going with Luke?" He asked turning down the volume of the radio.

"It's going okay. I mean we're not best friends or anything, but he isn't insulting me every five minutes, so it's progress." I answered truthfully, remembering Luke asking me to come to Lunch with him.

Michael nodded turning back up the volume, as Let It Go played. Michael and I looked at each other immediately.

"The snow glows wide from the mountain tonight, not a foot print to be seen," I sang dramatically, pretending to be around snow.

"A kingdom of isolation, and it looks like, I'm the queen," Michael sang, pretending to have luscious long hair.

"The wind is howling like the swirling storm inside," I added, Michael howling like a wolf in the background, "couldn't keep it in, heaven knows I tried." I looked down, pretending to be hurt.

As the music built up, Michael winked and together was sang the chorus.

"Let it go! Let it go! Can't hold it back anymore! Let it go! Let it go! Turn away and slam the door!" We screamed out. Darcie was giggling and playing peekaboo with herself.

"I don't care what they're going to say!" I sang solo,

"Let the storm rage on." Michael piped up.

"The cold never bothered me anyway." We ended dramatically together pulling up the school parking lot and laughing like complete lunatics.

Michael offered to carry Darcie's bag as we walked in together still laughing at our Frozen performance, Darcie seemingly happy.

We headed towards my locker first, greeted by an angry looking Luke.

I shuffled my feet awkwardly, waving at Luke, repositioning Darcie to my left. Opening my locker and retreiving some books.

"Hey Luke! Good Morni-" I greeted but I was interrupted off by Luke slamming my locker close glaring at me. Thank goodness I moved my hands away in time or else he would have squeezed them.
