*HELION*{SEQUEL TO SWITCHBACK!}

I grabbed a hold of Klayton's arm as we came closer to the city...we were all curious & nervous about what kind of place time tossed us into this time...the only good thing was at least I had my friends with me this time. Or at least most of them...until they all decide to gang up on Jinxx and killed his ass for doing this to us...but Karalea stood up for her man...and said the real blame was on me...because I was the one that had the tape. Criss looked at us all and said it didn't really matter who's fault it was...we were there now...and there was no way back...so we all just had to live with it...and as long as we stuck together we would be alright, as he kept all the kids close to him while holding onto his son Johnny...with Rachel clinging to his other arm.

Siera and Ashley grabbed their son Adam and held onto him closely as we walked closer to the city...Andy and Dani was holding their daughter Billie Jean...and telling us all that we should just stay away from the population and live out here...just in case it was very bad in the city...then said what if they weren't human...and we were enslaved by them...and they took our kids away from us...or separated us from our families...or if they were cannibals...and ate us alive. Klayton slapped him and told him to stop talking and just keep walking...Sandy was holding her and Sully's daughter Skylar that was still in her tummy, while Sully was taking the lead checking out the surrounding area...but nothing looked extremely out of place...it looked like an average desert. Karalea had their little toddler Jasmine squeezed tightly in her arms very afraid to take any more steps closer to the city...after hearing all the colorful ideas Andy and Dani came up with about the new worlds civilization.

Just as we made it to the boundary of the city...Klayton was thrown back five feet...I screamed and ran over to him...asking him if he was alright...he slowly sat up and said that there was a forcefield around the city...Criss checked it out and without touching it he felt the energy's pulses...and said it was a very strong field...then looked at us all...and said the only reason for having a forcefield...was to keep things in...or out. Klayton jumped up and looked around us...and began to wonder what was lurking out there...Sully walked up to Klayton and asked him what if it wasn't a thing...but some kind of poison in the atmosphere...and we all were breathing it. I held onto Klayton tighter and handed him the Cy-watch.

Klayton said there was one way to find out what we were up against...then he asked the watch...what kind of environment Helion had...and about the being's that inhabited it. The watch calculated the question and answered that the Helionites were a very technological group of people...and that everything was done with machines...and as for the environment it was based on a desert land...but it was at night when the hideous creatures emerged from under the ground...and attacked anything that moved...and quickly devoured it...no matter what size it was...and there was no killing them. When the watch gave Klayton an image of the creature that dominated Helion by night...Rachel and I both jumped into Klaytons arms...beens Criss's hands were full with Johnny, Stutter, and Wonderpup.

I looked up at Klayton and asked him what we were going to do...that we needed to get into safety somehow...Criss, Sully, and Klayton walked all around the forcefield...trying to figure out a way to get into the city. Rachel looked at the watch and asked why we couldn't just ask the watch to tell us all how to enter the city safely...because the kids were beginning to burn up in the blistering heat...Klayton removed his jacket and put it over the kids...then an idea hit him like a lightning bolt...and tossed one of the rocks onto the forcefield...then said the people of the city would notice the strain on the fields perimeter...and come to check it out...then they might let us in...or kill us all...whichever one came first.

I sat down on one of the large stones and held my tummy...because I was having strange pains hitting me...but knew it couldn't be our babies...because it was still way too early for them...I still had 7 months of pregnancy to go...Klayton wrapped his arms around me and asked me what was wrong...I looked up at him and told him I didn't know. Sandy came over and held onto me letting me know that she was having some major pains with hers too...but hers I could understand she was 7 months pregnant...I was just 2 months into mine. Klayton rubbed my tummy then kissed me and told me he wasn't going to let anything happen to me ever.

It was getting darker...as the sun was beginning to fall to sleep...but Klayton's idea worked...because Sully pointed and said that three air vehicles were heading this way...we all pulled together in a tight group praying that the inhabitants weren't hostile...and intelligent enough to know that we weren't dangerous. The strange flying vehicles silently hovered close to the ground as two beings jumped off the machines and walked over to the forcefield where the rock was draining it...and used some kind of ray gun and blasted it off the fence...then slowly looked around until they saw us all huddled together on the rock...they looked at each other then slowly aimed their guns at us...and touched a button on their wrists...then slowly walked thru the forcefield and walked slowly over to us...and removed their headgear...they looked like normal humans...then the leader of the two asked us where we came from...because there were no such thing as any survivors living outside the field's perimeter.

Klayton slowly stood up and held his hand out to them...and said he had no idea how we got there...that one minute we were all sitting peacefully at our home with friends...and the next minute we were all stuck out in the middle of a desert stuck on a rock getting zapped by some force field...the man walked over to him and shook his hand...and said that we must have hit some kind of wormhole that brought them there...then they told us all to come with them...that it wasn't safe outside the city after dark...but they both jumped back as they saw the kids...and the two critters Criss was carrying...and asked how we had kids and pets of old...that they hadn't seen any kids in their lifetime...and pets were extinct...but they slowly took us into the city anyway...and said that their leader would want to speak with them.
