*HELION*{SEQUEL TO SWITCHBACK!}

*Nineteen*

It didn't take long for Klayton to reach Queen Aphelion and her underground paradise...he gave her a slight bow...and told her that there was a new king of Deltar, a righteous and true king...that would be perfect for the kingdoms around him as well...then he added that he was an ally to her and her cause. Aphelion smiled with him in approval of his decisions...then she asked him when he thought the right time for their attack on Helion should be...he quickly told her not immediately...for the warriors needed to rest...because Helion had thousands of soldiers...and even with him leading them...there was going to be casualties...and that they should rest and regroup...then rally all of her alliances from the other kingdoms...then under one united banner attack the city of Helion.

Queen Aphelion approved of his plans...then asked him if he would be staying here with her until the battle...he looked down and told her his name was Klayton, not Adam 7k...and that he couldn't stay with her...because he had his wife and kids to go back to...that he found them...and he was never going to stray from her side again...then he gave her another slight bow...and said but when and if she ever needed his help...he would always come...for the kindness she's given and shown him when he didn't know who he was. Queen Aphelion touched his shoulder and told him that true friends were so hard to come by anymore...and that she is proud and honored to have him as one...then she told him how happy she was for him, for finding his family and regaining his memory.

Klayton thanked her, then jumped up on his dragon once more and said as soon as she gave the call for war...he would be there...but until then he would be in Doktari with me and his kids...he was just getting ready to ride off...but she quickly asked him what of the cities of Varian and Jericho...he turned back and said all that was left in those cities...was women and children from teenagers and under...she asked if he had any ideas for the two kingdoms new kings...beens he and the soldiers wiped them out...Klayton gave her a smile and said he had a couple of very good men that would make great kings for the kingdoms of Varian and Jericho...she handed him the two crowns of two smaller kingdoms...then told him to make it happen...for she needed to get some of her soldiers from her underground paradise dispersed...to the other kingdoms...because her underground paradise was becoming overrun.

The Queen snapped her fingers and had a whole regiment of warriors follow Klayton back to Varian and Jericho...to fill the two kingdoms with people again...then again she asked him if he was going to king himself to one of the massive cities...he looked back at her and said he just wasn't king material...he was a rebel fighter, survivor, husband, and father...nothing more...but he had two very special men picked out already...then he headed off with the huge regiment of men following him. Klayton split the men into two even groups...then left one of them in charge until he came back with their new king and leader...then he did the same thing to Varian which was a little closer to Doktari than Jericho was...it was beginning to get dark when he left Varian...but he still kept his word and made it safely back to my arms before it was completely dark out...and he brought good news for Sully...after he kissed his boys good night and tucked them in for bed.

Klayton shook Sully's hand and told him congratulations...he just became the new King and leader of the Kingdom/city of Varian...and he, his wife, and his little princess would be escorted by him to his kingdom in the morning. Sully was tickled pink when he heard that he was going to be a king too!!...but he waited until Klayton left his room before he jumped up and down and danced with Sandy...and told her to hail to her king and husband...as he kept playing with his crown...Sandy just laughed at her silly ass husband...and told him that being a king took a great deal of responsibility...and that Klayton was taking a huge risk by giving him that honor...so he better get and keep his shit together...Sully stuck out his bottom lip and told her she didn't say that when Criss was made a King...Sandy snickered at him as she kissed him...and said that Criss was naturally great leader material...and not so silly and irresponsible like him. Sully gave her a cheesy grin and promised that he would do his best...and learn from his sensible wife...that always knew the right things to do and say.

Klayton came back into the room with me...where I was just getting into my night clothes...he quickly got undressed and hopped in beside me...and asked me who I thought should be King of Jericho...because Queen Aphelion appointed him to find good kings for her surrounding kingdoms...because as soon as she got her Kingdom of Helion back...she wanted to make sure that all of her surrounding kingdoms were in good hands as well as her own...then he said that he told her that he had the perfect men for the job...but in all reality he only had one...for he knew that Ashley, Andy, and Jinnx just weren't kingly material...

I looked at him and asked what about him being the king of Jericho...beens if it wasn't for my husband...none of the kingdoms would even be cleansed of the evil. Klayton looked at me and said he wasn't king material either...I asked him what about Tron...but he said that Tron was staying in Deltar where he wanted to stay with Criss. Then it all hit me at once...I looked at him and asked him what he thought of having a Queen lead the Kingdom of Jericho instead of worrying with a king...he looked at me and asked who I had in mind...I gave him a smile and said what about Kim...she knew the responsibility...and she had no one in her life...being a queen would give her something to do...and the responsibility that she always wanted. Klayton looked at me and said that was a great idea...then if and when Kim ever found someone...then he would, in turn, become the king after marrying her...then he snuggled up with me after I blew out the lamp...and fell asleep in each other's embrace.
