Noah ran down the street as fast as his little feet could carry him. It was 6:57 PM.

Holy crap, I'm not going to make it, Noah thought to himself. Finn just entrusted me with the biggest secret of his life. Noah had run nine blocks at this point, and the events that had transpired throughout the day played through his head.

Earlier that morning, Finn came out of his trailer with David and invited Noah inside, much to Gaten's, Caleb's, and Millie's surprise. The other three tried to tag along of course, because nobody ever wanted to feel left out of anything, but David told them that they were only discussing what to surprise Winona with for her birthday. In the trailer, David and Finn told Noah about Finn's increasingly deepening feelings for Millie, and his desire to take her to his prom. They told Noah that they would be busy shooting all day: Chief Hopper's disappearance in the Upside Down, Mike and Eleven's dance scene at the Snow Ball, and Dustin and Lucas fighting over Max--the newest female character--until the very last minute before the Snow Ball.

We all knew this was coming, Noah thought to himself. I remember the time Finn gave Millie a stuffed toy wolf and told her to name it either Wolfsoft or Finn-rir Wolf. Ugh, Finn has the dumbest puns. What Noah never told Millie was that he had always suspected Finn secretly sprayed the stuffed wolf with his cologne. It was a subtle way of making Millie think of Finn when she hugged the toy to sleep at night. At least this time he's making his intentions a bit more clear. Millie's always wondered whether Finn could ever have feelings for her.

Oh Finn, you're going to be a very very happy and lucky boy.

Noah checked his watch and panicked. It was 7:02 PM. Crap, Noah thought. If only I hadn't been held back by that interviewer. The crew of Entertainment Tonight dropped by for a scheduled set of interviews that Noah had forgotten about.

Noah arrived at the flower shop closest to the studio. The door was locked, and the lights inside were turned off. A big, burly shopkeeper in his early fifties stepped out in his apron and turned the CLOSED sign for Noah to see.

"Mister, I really need to buy someone flowers," Noah pleaded.

"Sorry kid, no can do. When the shop closes at 7 PM, it means 7 PM. It's already 7:04 by my watch," the shopkeeper reasoned.

"Please Sir, you don't understand. It's for a friend. A friend of mine whom you may have heard of. Finn Wolfhard? Mike Wheeler from Stranger Things?"

The shopkeeper glared at Noah. "I don't know any Finn Wolfhard, or Mike Wheeler, and the only strange thing around here is that I'm still talking to you, and the only wheels around here are on my car. And I'm leaving. Just come back tomorrow, okay?" The man looked increasingly annoyed at Noah.

Noah looked as if he were about to cry. He didn't want to let Finn down. He especially didn't want to let Millie down. She had been waiting for Finn to clarify his intentions with her for the longest time. For about a year, the two had flirted, sometimes consciously, sometimes unconsciously. What was constant was that neither one had ever opened up to the other. And finally, on the day Finn decides to muster up enough courage to reveal his feelings, Noah--his best friend--would fail him of all people.

Finn and Millie were sure to be finished by 7:15, and Millie would be back at her trailer by 7:20 PM.

The shopkeeper saw the genuine terror in Noah's eyes, and began to reconsider. Noah waited, his heart pounding, for the shopkeeper to make a decision.
