Chapter 2 ♥

NARRATOR

The two Ohio boys arrived this morning, met Tessa, and went to Jake. The two of them walk up the stairs, quietly walk through the hallway towards Jake's room, they walk really slowly and carefully not making any noise in an old man position (you know what I mean). The two of them all planned before that they're going to prank Jake when they arrived, they thought that it was Jake who will open the door for them but it was Tessa. The plan will work eventually, they thought, so they'll go to PLAN B.

Chance: *whispers* Dude, be quiet.
Anthony: *whispers* I know bro.
Chance: *whispers* Look he's right there, sleeping.
Anthony: *whispers* Really? Oh come on bro, let's scare him.

The two of them entered Jake's room, and stand beside the bed where Jake's asleep. Anthony signaled Chance, that they are going on three, to scare him. 1. 2. 3.

Jake scares both Chance and Anthony.

Chance: *scared* Dude, you've been awake this whole time?
Jake: Yeah bro! I knew that you would scare me, look *points at the Go Pro*, and I anticipated this to happen bro. So I, just reverse-prank you bros!
Anthony: That's our boy!
Chance: Eyyy!!!
Jake: Come here!

*they group hug*

Anthony: Wait, how do you know that we've just arrived? You didn't even peeked downstairs, I was looking at the 2nd floor when we're downstairs.
Jake: Dude serious? Tessa is so loud downstairs. She's laughing like crazy and I thought, "Oh! That must be Chance and Anthony"
Chance: What? That doesn't make any sense. How? *laughs*
Jake: Dude, I know Tessa. When she laughs like that, I knew that something is going on. More like a "OMG! He's so cute" laugh. Know what I'm saying?
Chance: Oh! Now I get it! That could've been me, eventually!
Anthony: What? Why you?
Chance: Because you have a girlfriend Tony.
Jake: Wait! Tony has a girlfriend?
Chance: Yeah dude! Hahaha *laughs* Sorry bro, Jake's our best friend though so you can tell him.
Jake: Yeah Tony *laughs*.
Anthony: Dude, I'm not upset that you told Jake, I'm upset that Jake's still vlogging.
Jake: Oh. You right Tony, don't worry I'll scratch this part up.
Anthony: Thanks man! *hugs Jake*
Jake: *whispers into the camera* No I wont ;)
*stopped hugging*

The three Ohio boys exits the room, went downstairs and enters the office where the rest of the crew are all at except Tessa. Jake introduced them to Team 10.

After a while. Jake observed that Chance and Anthony are lit and he already knew that. He saw them talking with the other members, a greeting chit chat filled with smiles and "wassup" "your dope" "bro" "hi" "hello" and "welcome".

An hour later

CHANCE POV

Ah! So tired. I need to go somewhere and chill for a minute. Dang. Anthony's already asleep on the couch. Right, the bunk bed. Wait the Martinez Twins sleep there. Never mind, I'll just go and walk in the backyard.

*Chance exits the house using the back sliding door*

Yo! This place is so lit in reality. Ah! It feels great to be here. I'd really hope that Jake will let us in the family soon. The lagoon is dope too, kinda suits the "Team 10" theme here.

*Chance looks around and saw Tessa sitting on the couch on her phone*

Dude! Tessa's here. Gotta go check her out.

*Chance sits beside Tessa*

Chance: Tessa! Hey! Oh, I'm Chance by the way, I didn't got the chance to introduce myself earlier, sorry about that.
Tessa: Hey Chance! Yeah that's pretty rude by an Ohio boy like you *smiles and laughs*.
Chance: I said I'm sorry *laughs*.
Tessa: It's okay. I already knew your name, you plugged on my vlog before.
Chance: Oh yeah! Totally forgot silly of me *laughs*.
Tessa: Okay! *laughs*

NARRATOR

After that small talk about introductions, Tessa and Chance looked at each other for like 20 seconds. They didn't talk, they didn't move, they just looked at each others eyes and smile.

TESSA POV

Oh my God this is too awkward, I can't talk, I can't move. It's like my eyes are locked at his, my smile is printed on my face for too long, and my head can't move in any direction except Chance's. The way I looked at him, makes me feel happy. Maybe he's thinking that I'm weird. Agh! Can't stop thinking and looking at him. Seriously, is this the feeling of love? If it is, then I'm loving it!

CHANCE POV

Bro, what's wrong with you. You can't move. I'm smiling and looking at her. This is crazy but awesome. It's like there's a connection between the two of us that I can't explain through words. It's like whatever I'm doing, she's doing it also. Like a mirror. Oh God! Why am I panicking? Stop! My heart is beating so much, I think she'll hear it, it will be embarrassing if she does. Chance stop with the overthinking bro. Calm down. Gosh! Tessa's so pretty, she has great brown eyes, cute smile and an adorable laugh. Just the kind of person I would date. My heart is beating like crazy, I think this is love, I felt it like this when I was in High School like oh that girl is gorgeous. But today is really different like 2x better and I'm very happy. I like her! Now this is getting really awkward. I need to do something fast.

Chance: Tessa, am I smiling like SMILING really hard?
Tessa: Yeah Chance! It's really cute. What about me?
Chance: Yeah, you're beautiful when you smile and super adorable when you laugh.
Tessa: Thanks Chance, that's so cute.
Chance: You're welcome, its just I can't stop smiling when I'm with you.
Tessa: Oh! *blushes* so cute Chance, you're cute when you're honest.
Chance: *embarrassed* You have an adorable laugh, it makes me wanna hug you.
Tessa: *blushes and smiled* Thanks Chance. You're pretty honest on your first day here.
Chance: Yeah, want another honesty?
Tessa: Yes!
Chance: I think I like you!

CHANCE POV

I was born in Ohio, I gotta act like one. I can't hold my feelings anymore and its pretty weird to be honest with Tessa on my first day. Well, I just did it. I'm so happy!
