Chapter 17 ♥️

TESSA POV
Chance went home by lunch time after audition. I told Tony earlier to save him food in the oven. He sat beside me while eating his food. I kept asking him about the audition, he said it was pretty lit, has a strong sense of movie greatness atmosphere and met two cool dudes. His phone rang which interrupted our talk. It was from the audition.

Chance: Dude!
Tony: What is it bro?
Chance: Thats sick! I got the part bro!
Tessa: Really? I'm so proud of you Chance!
Tony: Thats my boy! Ohio!!!
Chance: Ohio!!! Wait there's a message.
Tessa: Say it Chance!

Chance read and said the message out. I kept staring at him, he's super cute when he's happy. He's smiling while reading. Whenever I see him smile, I felt like I'm in outer space because he's out of this world. Gosh, Chance I love you!

Jake came running in the kitchen.

Jake: Chance, bro, did you get the part?
Chance: Yeah! Ohio!
Tony & Jake: Ohio!!!
Jake: Thats my boy!
Tony: Thats our boy! Right, Tessa?
Jake: Oh right! Hmmm Tessa?
Tessa: Guys, why are you staring at me like that? *laughing*
Jake: Say it!
Tony: Say it girl!
Tessa: Okay, thats our boy!
Jake: "Our"? Come on girl.
Tony: Yeah. Do you want Chance to feel your love and support?
Chance: Dude thats enough. *laughing*
Jake: Tessa, hint: change the "our" part.
Tessa: I know Jake. *laughing*
Tony: Well, say it!
Tessa: THATS MY CHANCE!
*awkward silence for 5 seconds*
Jake: She said "my Chance"!
Tony: Ohhh! Chance's blushing!
Chance: Dude shut up. *laughing*
Jake: Wait no hug?
Tony: Hug her! Hug her!

I can't stop smiling. I'm surrounded by my love's best friends. I'm very happy.
I never felt this before in my life. I feel loved and supported. Thanks Jake and Anthony!

Chance stood up and spread his arms so he can hug me. Jake and Anthony are behind me. I'm still sitting on the kitchen chair. I also stood up. Before he hugged me, tears came falling down from my eyes.

Chance: Tessa. Hey, whats wrong?
Tessa: Nothing. *still smiling while crying*

I rushed to him and hugged him. I wiped my tears of his shirt, looking embarrassed, still smiling and laughing.

Jake: Is Tessa crying?
Chance: Yeah, idk why but.
Tony: Ship it. Hashtag Chessa!
Jake: Yeah Chessa!
Chance: Bring it in bro!

All of us hugged each other. Jake and Tony congratulated Chance once again and went to the office, leaving me and Chance alone in the kitchen still hugging.

Chance: Hey Tess.
Tessa: Yeah Chance?
Chance: You like hugging me dont ya?
Tessa: Yeah, so much Chance.
Chance: You okay?

I looked up to him and smile.

Tessa: I'm hugging the best person in the world. Yeah. I'm very okay.
Chance: Thanks Tess.
Tessa: Sorry that I cried. Its just I'm super proud of you and I'm happy that Jake and Tony are cool with us.
Chance: Yeah, I owe them a lot.

I let go of him. Wiped my tears. I looked around if anyone's nearby. No one. Just the two of us in the kitchen.

Chance: Hey Tess.
Tessa: Yeah?

Chance stared at my eyes. He gently grabbed my face, leaned in and kissed me on the lips.

We kissed for like 30 seconds.

A tear dropped from my right eye. Arms around his waist. I don't even care anymore. I only care about this moment we had together.

I'm so glad that Chance got to be my first kiss.

I'm very happy.
