I knew Opie was hiding things from me, but at least we were growing closer. Almost like things were before. Almost.

He put his hand on my lower back and smiled. "I'll be back. I got a run to do. Okay?" He explained. I nodded and smiled softly. Piney followed him, giving me a hug before walking out.

He and Opie walked in silence to their bikes until Piney let out sigh. "I hope you're serious about her Ope. She's way too good for you to play around with. So, decide what you want. What you really want."

Opie ran his hand down his beard. "I want her Pop. I want her." He explained. Piney just nodded, not giving him an answer.

They left on their bikes.

----

I was glad to have Opie back, but whenever he wasn't around, I felt empty.

Juice and I never spoke. Just glances at each other when we sat at the table, and that was only on occasion.

Tara was busy with Jax, and all the sh*t he put her through. I'm sure I don't even know the half of it. Plus, Jax hated me. So my friendship with Tara was strained.

Sure, Tig and Happy were fine. But Happy wasn't a man of many words, and Tig well, he wasn't the type of guy that liked to talk things out.

Honestly, I just miss Kip. Of course if he were here, I wouldn't be so upset. But he isn't. And it's because of me.

I sat in Opie's room. I had a bottle of scotch, I took a shot straight from the bottle not bothering to pour it in a glass. And I opened up my journal.

"It's been about three months since I buried my brother.

I can't help but think I'm the only one that still cares.

I continue to lose those around me, even if they aren't dead. Because it feels like they are.

I'd feel like a spectator in my own life, if it weren't for Opie. Hopefully I can hold on to him for a while."

My entry was interrupted, when Opie came back. I closed the journal and slid it under a pillow.

He smiled, as he sat next to me. "Are you drinking straight from the bottle?" He asked, as he took the bottle, and took a drink of it as well.

I nodded. "Yeah, I was." He sat the bottle on his nightstand, he put his arm around me before lying down, so I laid down as well, with my head on his chest.

He kept his arm around me, and closed his eyes, being a bit exhausted from the day at SAMCRO. He let out a sigh.

"Harley, I love you."
