Chapter 24 : See You Later My Love

Time has escaped us, we've been doing everything that we can together and now tonight is Ed's last night at home. He has to leave early in the morning to start the first leg of tour and I dont think I'm ready for that yet. We are currently sitting around the table having dinner. The children's faces are pitiful, nearly on the brink of tears. "Alright stop acting ridiculous you guys, I will see you before we know it." Ed says into the silence and they all nod.

After dinner we all sit on the floor in the game room with game after game. We play cards, monopoly, life, chutes and ladders, charades, and a few other games before we decide to watch a film. We all crowd onto one sofa and begin watching the Harry Potter movies, we are all very excited about these. After the third movie it was very late and we are beginning to all doze off so Ed and I decide to move the children to their rooms. Once they are all tucked in we go to our own room.

I sit on the edge of the bed watching Ed check his luggage once more to ensure that he has everything. He begins to chuckle and I try to see around his figure but he turns around with a huge grin holding out a stuffed bear. "They put this in here with a note 'For when you miss us Daddy Eddie.'" He presses the plush stomach and the childrens' voices ring out 'We love you dad, see you soon!' I smile brightly at him as his eyes glisten in the light of the room and he runs his fingers across the bear's face shaking his head.

Placing the bear atop his things and closing the rucksack he makes his way toward me radiating a mixture of pride and sadness. He stops in front of me and drops to his knees lying his head in my lap, I run my fingers through his hair closing my eyes. "I want to go wake them up and hug them and tell them how much I love them but I know they're tired. I'm going to miss them so much." I smooth his hair down and bend to kiss the top of his head "I know baby but we'll be visiting you sooner than we will even realize, it'll be alright baby."

He nods looking up at me and I move my hand to cup his face, he looks so beautiful in this moment, so raw and real, the Ed most people dont get to see. I rub his cheek before sliding onto the floor in front of him. "Hey Eddie stop that. I don't want you to be sad. This will not end us, this will not hurt us, this will make us stronger." I nudge his face up to look at me and smile before kissing him softly. "Dont worry baby I will keep everything running while you're off doing your job and when you get home it will be like you never left." He nods at me before taking my mouth with his own again and his hands find my shirt tugging at it.

Raising my hands above my head he pulls my shirt over my head breaking the seal our lips had made and I bite my bottom lip watching him remove his own as he stands to move onto the bed. I take this opportunity to surprise him and grin unbuckling his belt and jeans before pulling them down. He kicks them aside watching me as I run my palm along the buldge in his boxers and I adjust myself so that I'm on my knees watching his reactions to my hands rubbing, tracing, stroking, lightly scratching over his clothed erection.

His eyes are alternating between rolling back and watching me as his hands find their way onto my cheek and into my hair. I lick my lips as I pull at the hem of his boxers and they slide down freeing his erection as it springs up to greet me. "Shit Nic." I smile up at him wiggling my eyebrows and then slowly caress his balls while my lips find his tip. Ed groans lightly pulling at my hair and I smile before running my tongue down the length of his hard shaft. "Mmmm" I hum against his skin as my tongue swirls around sucking and nipping occasionally and pulling softly on the taught skin of his balls as I watch his face.

"I'm going to miss him too." I whisper before properly sliding his length into my mouth and sucking lightly as my mouth travels its way up and down up and down my hand continuing its work on his balls, Ed groans above me his hand tight in my hair pulling me forward and pushing his hips into my face. I moan out in pleasure around him and and he moans at the sensation tugging on my hair to move my head into another angle. "Fuck Nic so good." Ed groans out rubbing my cheek with his other hand and I smile around him pressing my tongue onto his tip as my mouth continues sliding up and down his length.
