_Jezamine's POV_
Aj and I look at Remi with blank stares.
"Can you repeat that?" I ask. Maybe I didn't hear her correctly....
"You are the next heir to the throne......you didn't know?!" Remi asks, causing me to shake my head.
"Oh..." she says, not really sure what to say. I take it in for a bit. Aj is about to say something, but closes his mouth because he knew better. Instead, he wrapped his arms around me as I leaned my head against his shoulder. Raven was babbling happily with a hint of confusion.
"Aj and Jezamine!" She says, laughing and clapping. I smile to her.
"I feel at ease knowing how Raven doesn't know about things going on in life," I say, speaking after a while of silence.
"Yeah," Aj agrees.
"You should go to sleep. It's a long way," I tell him. He a frowns a bit.
"I'm not sleeping." He stubbornly says. "You should though."
"Why should I sleep but you shouldn't?" I ask him, head tilted to the side in question.
"So I can protect youIMEAN! S-So I can....erm....take care of Raven! Yeah that's it....." he says, turning bright red. I shrug off the stutter.
"What time is it?" I ask.
"Like 2:30 am," he replies. We were already flying for hours?! But....but.....*internal sigh* how did we waste this much time? I mean, I was kind of wrapped up in my family history but I didn't expect it to take hours....
"Fine, I'll sleep. Make sure you get some sleep too," I tell him. He nods and I eventually fall asleep. I was actually a bit tired.

At the team 10 house
6 am
Alex's POV
"What do you mean I have to go to school?!" I ask-nope, more like yell at-Jake.
"Education first!" Jake says.
"Since when do you think that?! You dropped out!" I frustratedly yell, arms flailing about.
"Alex, stop yelling. I know you want to look for them but you're an emotional wreck right now," Jake bluntly says.
"That hurt," I say, pointing to the place on my chest that supposed to be your heart. "Right here."
Then I sniff and head into the bathroom to shower. I don't really have the need to explain what goes on in there, so I change and grab my backpack. Since it's still a bit early, I sit on the couch and doze off a bit, thinking of where my best friends could possible be or who could possibly know where they were. All of a sudden, someone hit my chest, making me spring up.
"Wake up, Alex!" It was Alissa. "You're already 2 minutes late for homeroom!"
"Why didn't you wake me earlier?!" I ask her.
"Do I look like your mother?!" She asks.
"But moooom! I want to stay home!" I say.
"No! I don't want my son to be a drop out like Jake!" Alissa replies. I laugh and shake my head, following her out the door. Eventually, we arrive and I run into class.
"I'm here! I'm here!" I shout, right when the homeroom bell rings.
"Teach isn't here yet," Jax says, laying on a bench and then looks up to me. "Where's Jezamine?"
"She's....er...sick! She got my fever yesterday," I say. (Forgot to mention, but Alex only had a 24 hour thing)
"How exactly did she catch your fever?" He skeptically asks.
"If you're insinuating that we kissed then you're wrong," I say. He raises his eyebrow as if to say 'are you sure?'
"Yes I'm sure!" I reply. Man, I am not a morning person. Especially how I haven't slept at all at night, my two-nope, can't exclude the baby-THREE best friends are missing, and Jake won't let me help look for them.
"Then how'd she get sick?" He asks.
"She was....er...taking care of me," I reply. The teacher walks in.
"Sorry I'm late class! Jax! Off the bench!" She scolds. The coach takes attendance and we head to the locker rooms. I change and head to the doors when there's a tap on my shoulder. I turn around quickly and Jax stands in front of me.
"What's up?" I ask him.
"Jezamine texted me the weirdest thing yesterday. She told me to delete it-which I did-so I can't show you. She said that her and Raven had to do something so they wouldn't be going to school. You know about that?" He asks.
"Yeah I do!" I say in a somewhat hushed voice. "She left a note. Her, Raven, and Aj went somewhere. They packed all their stuff and they said it was too dangerous for us to follow." He already knows to what's the point in lying anymore?
"I knew it! She told me that in case you didn't get your note," He says.
"Jake and the others are looking for her now. They wouldn't let me help. But I have a feeling, it has something to do with her mom," I tell him.
"We could ditch. You can talk to the mom and I can look around," He suggests. I think about it for a bit.
"Fine. But if-not if when-we get in trouble, it's your fault," I say. He nods.
"When we get out of here, I'll go my way and you go yours. Text if we find anything," Jax says. We head back to the rows of our now empty locker room and change into our regular clothes again.
"Let's go," he says. We sneakily start walking out of the locker room and to the hallway. I look right as he looks left. There's nobody around and getting out is surprisingly easy.
"Alright. You'll be on your way and I'll be on mine," I say. He nods and walks away.

Jezamine POV
I wake up to Aj slightly shaking me.
"How long was I out?" I ask.
"14 hours," he replies.
"14 hours?! Why didn't you wake me?! Did you get any sleep?!" I ask him.
"I'm fine," he laughs a little. "C'mon. We're landing." I watch out the window as the plane slowly goes down, and eventually touches ground. I head into the bathroom with Raven to freshen us both up a little. Then I walk back out and Aj is holding his backpack while Roman is holding all three of our duffel bags. I kinda feel bad for him....
"Alright. Let's go," Roman says, leading us out along with Remi. We follow him out to see.....
