Hi guys! Here is a new chapter! Remember I do not own the walking dead characters or Kellin Quinn but I do own my OC.

                    Carter's POV

"Well what do you want me to do around here?" I asked Kellin after our little panic attack.

"Well nothing right now so you could meet the group if you want ya'know..You could get to know the group." He suggested getting up.

"Ok.."I trailed off.

I didn't exactly have the ability to meet new people. I was always on my own. Even when I first met Maggie and Glenn it was hard cause I was always hid in the shadows but I guess now is a change in everything..

"Well..I gotta go to talk to Rick ok?" He gave me and near hug and walked out.

Well it's now or never...

I walked out of my cell and went down the steps. I didn't see anyone so I just walked to the cafeteria (which Kellin showed me earlier.) and I saw who I think were Carol, Herschel, Beth , and pretty much everyone except Rick and Kellin.

"Hello Carter! c'mon and eat. I bet you're starving." Carol pulled me to where we get the food and started to make me a meal.

"Thank you Carol." I told her over thankful cause I really was starving all week.

"No problem.. hey Carter? I'm sorry how I talked about you when you were right in front of us.. You just looked ...saddened about it and I felt so guilty so I wanted to apologize." Carol walked next to me and gave me a apologetic smile.

"Its ok ya'know...apology accepted." I gave her a thin smile and took the meal, giving her a quick thank you, and walk to the seats.

It was just like school. People were in their own groups with their friends while i had nobody. Since i wasn't a person to be in a group or meet new people, i sat in the back in the shadows where no one could possibly notice me.

Once I sat down in the back she gave me one last smile and went to give others their meal.

I happily ate my meal with a smile because I knew that I was once accepted by other people beside my brother and his band.

"Hey..You enjoying this place so far?" a boy's voice said while sitting down in front of me.

I thought no one would notice me!

I looked up and saw-
