"You're gonna get it!" Uh oh, Harmony found us! Corey H jumped up, grabbing my hand, and lead me towards the cave.
"We. . . can't run. . . forever." I whispered tried to catch my breath.
"We. . . don't have to." He whispered back. I heard footsteps. So did Corey. He instinctively pulled me closer to himself.
"Corey? Ana?" I heard Harmony enter the cave, then Feldman. Corey tensed, then all of sudden, he wasn't by me anymore.
"Agh!" I heard two thuds.
"Gotcha! Ha ha!" Corey.
I came out of the shadows into the moonlit mouth of the cave. There was the two Corey's, wrestling each other. Harmony was laughing, which made me start to laugh.
"Give up!" Feldman.
"Never!" Haim.
"Give up!"
"Okay! Uncle! Uncle!" Corey F had Corey H in a headlock. He let go, and Haim walked up to me. "Great. You saw the one fight I lost!"
"That's the second one, buddy!" Feldman had Harmony in his arms.
"Shut up, huh?!" Corey joked. He went up behind me, put his hands on mine, and pressed his body into mine. Did he know what he was doing to me? What kind of a question is that? Of course he knew! He's a professional, after all. He put his chin on my shoulder then whispered, "We're so close to the club. How further do we have to go?"
"Here we are!" I said. There was a hole in the ceiling that always caught the moonlight. We had brought old carpeting and furniture, which made the place look more welcoming.
"Wow!" Corey Haim walked over to the couch and jumped on it.
"Wait!" Harmony ran over to the Christmas lights we had strung up to a battery. She turned them on.
"Woah!" Feldman exclaimed.
"Rad!" Haim said as he looked around the room. "Yo, Anastasia. Come here." He patted the spot next to him. I sat down. He put his arm around me. "I can't wait to see you tomorrow."
Oh right. We had school tomorrow. We had school tomorrow! "What time is it?"
Corey looked at his watch. Weird, I didn't notice that before. "Umm. . .eight o'clock. Why?"
"Shit! Sorry. Harmony! It's eight!"
I noticed Corey staring at me, a sly smile on his face.
"I'm confuzled. What?"
"I never thought a goody-two-shoes like you would ever swear."
"Yeah? Well, you don't know me. And for the record, I never thought I'd kiss a bad boy like you."
"Oh, so I'm labeled a bad boy? Well, I'll have to rub it off on you."
"I'm pretty sure the good one rubs off on the bad one." I leaned into him.
He shrugged. "We'll just have to find out."
