i will miss you, as if:

(i.)
you are the person who makes my life worth living for. when you left, everything will be so different. i'll want everything back: the memories, the laughter, the voice–

–i'll want you back.

(ii.)
this is derived from the phrase "miss a vehicle." you have the chance to go with that vehicle, but you screw yourself up; therefore, you missed it, and you never catch it up.

the same applies to love. i have the chance to be with you, but i screw myself up.
