"Chloe this is Kellin. Kellin this is Chloe, my best friend." Star said smiling as Kellin grabbed hold of her hands. A light blush on her face. "It's nice to meet you." Kellin said holding out his hand, the one that wasn't holding hers. I grabbed his hand, surprised at his soft grip. "You too. May I have a moment with you for a second?" I asked, looking at Star. She nodded and said, "I'll be right back boo." She kissed his cheek, black lipstick mark on his flushed cheeks. This boy was in love with her. I didn't know how I knew this but he was. "Yea?" She asked as soon as we were alone, well out of ear shot. "What about Niall? Or Louis? I know this is going to sound bad but, when did you become such a player? First Niall then Louis, who I might add, they BEAT each other up for you!" I said looking in her eyes. She kept trying to look away but I moved where ever they did. "It's different this time, Chloe." She said in a small voice. I sighed in frustration and asked, "How? How is Kellin any different than those boys?" I pointed out Niall, who was sitting alone at the table and then Louis who was sitting across from Niall. "Kellin actually cares about me Chloe. He won't leave me for some pretty blonde or beat someone up because they kissed me! He's different! He actually likes me... and only me!" She said in a firm voice, it raising a little. "Really? He likes you, yeah? Look at yourself Star! This," I gestured to her and said, "Isn't you! You're a nice girl Skye. You have red hair and naturally pink lips and you're not you! If he really liked you, the real you, I could walk up to him and show him some pictures we took before you changed, would he still stay?" I looked at her. She looked defeated but then she composed herself and said, "Honestly, Chloe, I have something to tell you, I need to make it quick. Kellin's getting impatient." She looked at him, where he was watching us with a stern look on his face. Where did that caring boy go? She smiled at him, a fake smile, one that said, 'I'll be right there.' She looked at me and said, "I'm leaving. As in forever. I can't take this place anymore. I'll be in touch." She hugged me really quick and then ran off. I was in to much shock to react. Then when she disappeared, I ran after her. I reached the parking lot just in time to see her swing her leg over a motorcycle, a helmet over her head, her black her was now down in her natural curls. "Stop!" I screamed, but over the noise of the motorcycle I don't think she could hear me.

I gave her a quick hug and ran to Kellin. "Come on." I said tears running down my face. He grabbed my hand and as we ran I pulled my hair down. Slipping on my helmet, Kellin started his motorcycle. Swinging my leg over it, I heard Chloe yell, "Stop!" I looked over at my best friend. Kellin put the bike into drive and as we drove past her I waved my goodbye. Then I saw him, Harry.

I looked up as I heard Chloe yell stop. I saw a girl, about the same height as my sister and the same skin tone as her on a motorcycle. The girl waved at Chloe and then they were on their way. I touched Chloe's shoulder and said, "Are you okay?" She shook her head and mumbled something. "What?" I asked looking at the motorcycle, as it was at a stop light. "That's Star! She's leaving. Forever." Chloe said louder, tears running down her face. I looked at the couple on the bike to find the girl looking back at me. I knew those eyes. My little sister.

I had to look back at Chloe, as one last look and I didn't see her eyes, but green ones that mirrored my own. "Harry." I whispered as another tear fell down my face. If he could hear me his mouth shaped my name. I heard the faint whisper of my name over the noise of Kellin's bike. I looked away and out my head on Kellin's shoulder, as tears escaped my eyes.

niall

I noticed Chloe taking to some girl wearing all black. I swear I knew who she was but I couldn't think of the girls name. Well that is until Chloe pointed in my direction and the girls green eyes looked at me. Those bright green eyes. Her eyes. The love of my life's eyes. The girls eyes behind the tattoo on my neck. Star's eyes.

It's been a couple hours since I took my last glance at my brother and best friend. I was currently laying in Kellin's bed with my head on his chest. I was playing with his fingers and then he said, "Who's Niall and Louis?" I stopped messing with his fingers, saying, "No one." But he didn't let it go. "Please tell me." He whined and flipped me over so he was on top of me. I could his whole body against mine, but he somehow made it to where his weight wasn't on me. "Just two people I had something with." I looked at the ceiling instead of his eyes. "How long did they last?" He asked, still not letting it go, but I knew that's how he is. "Niall, lasted one night. Louis, lasted about three hours." I said closing my eyes. "What happened during the one night?" He asked. I know he had a right to now my past, but I hated talking about this, with anyone, not even Kellin. "He took my virginity." I whispered, the pain in my chest resurfacing, I tried so hard to push it down, it just comes back. "What happened to make it only last one night?" He asked, his eyes softening, his hand, the one that wasn't holding him up, traced up and down my body. "I.." I couldn't continue. Tears in my eyes forced me to close my eyes, because I didn't want him to see me cry. "Hey." He said, a hand going to my face. I opened my eyes. He looked at me and said, "You don't have to tell me. I think I can guess. I have one question though." He had that look on his face, the one that I knew he was going to ask a serious, yet funny question. "What is it?" I asked, looking up into his grey-green eyes. "Was he better than me?"

I rolled my eyes and said, "No." Smiling, I took this chance to roll him over, so now I was on top of him. "I like it-" I cut him off by kissing him. I loved getting lost in him. He was my own personal pain killer. One that knows me, and he has all of me now.

"I know I just met you five days ago, and we've shared this bed more times than I can count, but I think I'm falling in love with you, Star." Kellin said to me as we lay in his bed, for the second time today. We were tangled in each other and only a sheet covering us. I wasn't ready to hear him say this so I closed my eyes, pretending to be asleep, as we hadn't said anything for about 30 minutes. I heard him sigh and muttered, "I knew it." Then I felt him slip out from under me. I sat up, covering my chest with the sheet. "Where are you going, boo?" I asked, pushing my hair from my face. "Out." He responded, not looking at me as he slipped on some boxers and pants. He slipped on a black t-shirt and then his shoes. He was mad. "I-" He cut me off by saying, "You know, I really thought that when I told a girl I loved her,

I thought she'd say the same thing back. Not pretend to be asleep. By the time I get back, I want you gone, Star. I mean it." Then he left, slamming the door, so hard the window cracked. I sighed and laid back on his bed and started to cry. I lost everything. I sobbed for a couple minutes and then I got up, got dressed and I left him a note. Not that he'll read it but I had to leave it.

Then I walked out the door, leaving my key in the letter.
