Lanas POV
July 15th
As I opened my eyes and pulled back the covers I notice my phone on the bedside table flashing and buzzing almost every two seconds. Once I've unlocked it I go strait onto my text messages, all of my family members have texted me to wish me a happy birthday uploaded embarrassing pictures of me when I was younger. Scrolling through the pictures and giggling remembering all of these moments i get a message from my sister. "Hey sis, I'm so sorry but our flight has been cancelled and we won't be able to see you until tomorrow.Have a great day we love and miss you🎉❤️". As I read the message my heart sinks, I haven't seen my family in so long I would give anything for them to be here today. Trying to cheer myself up I click on twitter, my sweet evil regals have all tweeted me happy birthday and wrote lovely messages, i am so grateful for them all supporting me in everything I do. Just then I hear Rebecca down stairs boiling the kettle. I jump out of bed and start to get ready. I brush through my hair, pick out an outfit of my favourite dresses paired with some black flats,and apply my makeup. Entering the kitchen i glance at Rebecca with a expectant look on my face."what" she says confused. "Well don't you wanna say something to me?" I question. "No" she says blankly sipping her tea. "Well isn't today a special day" I ask,not believing her act. "Not that I know of, hey I have to go meet Emile see ya" she says running out of the door. "Well bye then" I say disappointed. Maybe she has forgotten my birthday, she didn't even really look at me. Tears in my eyes I run back up to Fred who was getting dressed. "Hey baby happy birthday" he says as he sees me enter the room. Suddenly his face grows concerned realising I'm upset. "Hey what's wrong, you can't be upset on your birthday, here I got you this" he says trying to cheer me up. Trying to smile through my tears I take the box and sit down. Tearing of the paper I reveal a smart looking black box, Fred then smiles at me with loving eyes. "Open it" he says putting his arm around me. Opening the box I spot a beautiful necklace glittering as the light bounces of it. "Oh it's gorgeous" i express taking out of the box admiring it. "Here" he says moving my hair out of the way to put it around my neck. "Thank you, I love you so much" i say pulling into a hug. "I love you too" she relies back kissing me. "So what upset you a second ago? I wouldn't want anything to ruin this day" he states. " I think Bex has forgotten my birthday, she just left this morning and acted like today was nothing out of the ordinary" I say looking at the floor. "How could my own best friend forget my birthday?" I ask struggling to believe it. " I'm sure she's just stressed with the baby and her mother and everything that's going on right now" he reassures. "Yeh" I say sadness I'm my eyes. "I'm going down stairs you coming?" I ask. "Of course whatever you want and how about we go dancing tonight I found a great club we've never been to before?". He asks taking my hand. "Yeh okay, well Bex doesn't have anything planned that's for sure" I say leading him down the stairs.
Bexs POV
Today is the day. I have been planning this party for four months making sure all of her family members are here,picking out her present, doing everything make sure this day is perfect. As Lana came down the stairs I could barely look at her, I felt so bad for making her believe I had forgotten. It was killing me knowing i could of made her upset, but I know it'll all be worth it when I see her face at the party tonight. We spent all day decorating the room the party was being held in,Emile and I picked up the cake from the bakery and collected my dress from the dry cleaners. I quickly texted Fred to make sure the plan was running smoothly and everyone would be there before Lana showed up. When 8 o'clock finally came around and everything was in place the excitement was practically bursting out of me. "Everyone be quiet" I whisper shutting everyone up as she came up the stairs to the venue. Turning the door handle a confused Lana and excited Fred enter the room. "SURPRISE" everyone shouted as the lights switched on revealing the room.
