Sleepover pt 1

*7 Years later
Lanas POV
"Soph,are you and your sister ready for school?" I call up the stairs just finishing packing their lunches. "Almost mom" the small voice of Charlotte called back. "Okay hurry we have to pick up Lana and aunt Bex on the way too, and don't forget their all coming over for dinner tonight" I remind them. "Okay so how many places at the table?"
Sophia questions as she makes her way down the stairs with her sister. "Well there's: Me, your father, you two, Lana, auntie Bex and uncle Marc" I explain. "Okay so that's 7 right?" Charlotte asks. "That's right" I say holding out their lunches. "And why are we taking aunt Bex and Lana to school?" Sophia asks. "So many questions today girls, aunt Bex's car has had to go in for repair so I offered to take Lana to school. After we drop you three off,me and Bex are going for coffee, okay girls?". "Okay" they say in unison. "Now come on,in the car, we're going to be late" i hurry them into the car.
As we pull up outside Bexs house a small girl skips out followed by her mother. The girl has long flowing red hair and sky blue eyes, she is wearing a blue dress that matches her eyes and a purple headband. As she walks to the car she is followed by her mother. Their walks are almost identical and their facial expression are no different. "Hey Lana" I say as she approaches me. "Hey Lana" she giggles back getting into he backseat with the twins. "You look amazing today Lan" Charlotte says as she sits down next to her. " I know" she expresses flipping her hair. After her comment I can't help but think she reminds me of someone, I start to giggle myself as my best friend gets into the car beside me. "Hey, what have we said about being humble" Bex says pointing her finger at her daughter. "And what are you laughing at" she questions towards me. "Oh nothing..nothing, don't you think she reminds you of someone" I ask not being able to hold back my laughter. "Heyyy" she laughs playfully punching my arm. "Now come on girls we have to get you to school" I say putting the car into gear and driving away from the house. "Hey so what movie are we watching tonight" Charlotte asks both the girls she is in the middle of. "Howww about..., the little mermaid?" They all say together,me and Bex mouthing the words as they leave their mouths. "What a surprise girls " Bex says sarcastically just as they pull up in front of the school. "Okay see you guys later" I say as they all leave the car. "Love you" bex shouts as they walk away. "Love you too" they all call back.
"Okay now they have gone, we can go for a coffee, I really need it" Rebecca expresses."so do I, I need to keep myself awake for later, I don't think I can listen to part of your world one more time" Lana says rubbing her head. "I know,they must of seen that movie at least a hundred times, how are they not bored of it?" She replies. "I know, even I know all the words" I laugh. After a day of coffee, shopping and catching up with my best friend it was finally time to go and collect the kids from school.

"Come on Lan, lets go up to our room and I can show you my new doll aunt Emile got me for Christmas" Charlotte tells her as they run through the front door. As all three of them run up to the twins bedroom a man tiptoes through the door and creeps behind Rebecca. Grabbing her hips and pulling her into a hug he puts his head on her shoulder. "Hey babe" he says making her jump. "Oh hey" she laughs a little startled.Unwrapping his arms from her waist she spins around her face him, "where have you been?" She asked after giving him a kiss. "Well I have been-" his answer was then interrupted by the ear piercing sound of Lana running down the stairs. "DADDY" she shouts in her cute British accent running over to him. "Hey cutie" he says picking her up and spinning her around. "As I was saying, I have just been to pick up these and this"he says holding out a bunch of flowers and a box of chocolates to his wife. "Oh babe you shouldn't have" she says taking the flowers and walking to the kitchen. "Well it is our anniversary Bex, it's not much, but I just wanted to show you I love you" she says giving her a hug. During the hug,Bex then stares at me with worrying eyes. "Oh yes darling I have your present it's just errrm.. errrm"....."HERE" I interrupt handing the present to Bex to give to her husband. "Yes here that's where I put it" she laughs looking at my with eyes as if to say thank you. "Come one daddy, we're going to watch little mermaid again" the small redhead tells him taking his hand and leading him into the lounge. "Oohh little mermaid" he says trying to seem as if he hasn't seen the movie again and again. "Well if daddy is coming mummy has to come to" Marc laughs taking Bexs hand. "Well if mummy's coming auntie Lana has to watch to" she then stats to giggle also talking my hand. Soon Fred is back and we are all sitting on the sofa watching the Little Mermaid, as mine, Marc's, Lanas and Fred's eyes struggle to keep open the girls watch in awe,eyes glued to the screen. 'Wish I could be, part of that world' the girls all sing together as they hold hands. Eventhough we have all seen the movie a thousand times before, it's always special watching them sing together and dance around the lounge. After the movie has finished the girls decide to go and play upstairs in the twins room. "Hey can Lana stay here tonight mommy pleease" both the twins say their best puppy dog eyes staring into their mothers. "Well I suppose so, bex you and Marc wanna say too there is plenty of room in the house?" I ask glancing over to the redhead. "Yes of course we'd love to" she expresses as the girls run up to play.
