"Woah, that's a delightful name. It really matches your lovely fighting style, and appearance." Rakan noticed her full appearance for the first time and slowly bowed while introducing himself.

"I'm Rakan, the Charmer."

She shrugs off the compliment and looks at him with an exasperated look. "Well, Thanks I guess. But I must be going now."

Rakans leaned his head upwards,
"Xayah, Your Vastayan, Correct?"
He lifted his right wing while still maintaining the bow.

"Yes." She raised her wing but it was a lonesome left wing similar to rakans lone right wing.
"It's like we were born for each other!" He says jokingly smiling and began to stand upwards.

"What a distasteful joke. Why are you called the charmer again?" She laughed slightly to her words.

"Hey! They call it a title for a reason." He laughed as well, a swell positive vibe filled the tiny atmosphere they both occupied.
Rakan continued to keep that peaceful and laid back smile. "Making a title for what your known for is a little bit harder than what you may be led to believe.."

"I doubt it, I just think you can't find the proper words." Xayah said lightheartedly. "Maybe something like," she smirks a bit while speaking and makes an imitation of his voice. "I'm Rakan, The Clown. Or I'm Rakan, The Bafoon!"

Rakan laughs inauthenticity, "Didn't I just save you not even a second ago?" He looks her straight in the eyes.

'Her eyes glistened like jewels, So lovely. I love her piercing golden eyes, she's so pretty-'

"More like, Rakan The Hero." He implies with a bunch of sarcasm in his words.

She can see the charm in him for a moment but quickly ignored it and realized what she was doing.
"I have somewhere to be."

"Where?" Says Rakan not wanting to go back to that festival, he'd rather spend his day with this mysterious yet different bird.

"Somewhere away from here, humans are around this location. I can't afford to get caught.." Xayah tried to say it in a nicer way for this fellow vastayan to understand what she meant.

"Oh, Trust me humans won't mess with us at all-" He displayed his charm. "-I'll protect you, at all costs." Rakan understood but he didn't want her to leave.

"But you just met me today, why would you protect me?" She had darkness in her eyes but rakan saw the tiny light that was displayed when she spoke.

"Why not?" Rakan said happily. "There is a festival not to far from here that I was performing at." He attempts at persisting her.
"We could go there."

"No, humans are there."

"As long as I'm by your side no one, not even humans, will harm you." Rakan forgot to ask an important question and finally decided that it was the time for it.

"Xayah, where did you come from..? Why are you in Vlonqo?"

"A village north, far from here. It used to be a vastayan village, but now it's nothing. Why do you care?" She said coldly, preparing to get ready to travel once more. "Anyway. I only came here to find a stolen vastayan artifact."

"I can help!" Rakan looked at her with pleading eyes, but she kept slowing turning away and walking.

"Xayah-- I think I finally figured out what your title would be."

"What?" Xayahs ears pricked with curiosity and rakan felt like that was cute of her.
