"Thank you everyone for coming today, enjoy the rest of your evenings!" His golden feathers glisten in the light of the bar.

Rakan finished his daily performance at the tavern and began to do the rest of his daily routine. Leaving the tavern after speaking to multiple of his fans, including that girl named Auma or something, he couldn't remember exactly.

'Recognizable for my fantastic looks, I mean they didn't comment on my cape but it's okay, I know its amazing. Like look at it! It's flawless.'

His daily routine also consistented of his daily rumble.

He grabbed a vile of flowers off of a nearby flower shop, and continued to go towards the location he went to everyday.

Once inside of the giant building, he took the elevator. Excited like he usually was, Rakan hurried towards the room. 407.

The hospital bed stood out the most like normal and the bird he considered a goddess was laying upwards against it.

This was of course his daily life now, and had been for last three weeks, Xayah was nearly recovered now. At least she could get out of bed without any external help now.

Everyday after finishing his performance he would come to her with a gift, food, or something she had looked forward to.

Rakan was her source of entertainment and he had filled that role pretty well.

Xayah finally grew more to him, the feeling of losing something had gone away. Spending time with Rakan made her happy, they talked everyday. About the most random of topics that the golden peacock would bring up.

She even smiled as he walked in, the flowers hidden behind his back.

"Xayah," His tone of voice showed all of the emotion he had grown each day speaking with her. "I have something for you." Rakan knew she would politely refuse the gift, like she always had. But he still made her keep it, they considered each other friends now.

Her ears pricked like when she knew she was curious but she didn't want anything, him being here was enough of a gift for her. She wouldn't admit to that though, although Rakans company was nice, he annoyed her frequently. "Hmm, I don't want anything."

"I know." Rakan said with his ever so comforting and charming smile, staring into the beautiful eyes of the raven. "But.. They're as lovely as you."

He exposes the flowers in eye view, being that they were violets.

'Blue. Beautiful.' She analyzed from the flowers.

Xayah considered the compliment and pushed it away, "Im not lovely."

"Oh Darling, You may see the truth soon enough." Rakan spoke fast and attempts to make a joke, "Because of your current position your probably a little blind, and that's okay. Everyone still loves you."

'Love?'

Examining her healing wounds, she searched for the definition of the word love.

"Isn't love the word that humans use?" Xayah almost had an offended tone of voice, Judging by her facial expression it was just more confusion then anything.
