His moves are light weighted and astonishing, everyone's attention is on his feet movements and his hands. They're so swift and flawless from the normal eye view. His cape moves with his feet reflecting it as he furthermore impresses the crowd.
He mumbles a song that goes with the music he's dancing to, it entices the crowd. While he continues to display his golden feathers.
After performing the said song he goes ahead and performs an old vastayan tribal song, one very ancient and dear to the hearts of all vastayan blood.
It charms the entire crowd bringing out multiple compliments and impressed behaviors, rakan could of sweared he heard about three "I love you rakan!" During his performance, but not only by females.
Surprisingly in the crowd he saw something very odd, he thought he was delusional for seeing a purple hood with violet ears coming out from the top.
'Stop Imagining things rakan, it's not her.'
His curiosity kept tugging on him throughout his entire song, he thought she may have come back to see him. He wanted to see her, a force pulled on him, he needed to see her.
He quickly finished the song he was on while still charming the entire crowd, thanking them for watching his performance. He backed off of the stage as more tavern music played, the people seeming pleased as ever.
His new boss also congratulated him on his work, "Nice Job up there Rakan." His shark face looked so friendly in that moment and rakan simply just smiled back.
Now, he needed to do what he wanted to do. He desperately searched for her in the small tavern. He avoided attracting a lot of attention but he swore he saw the violet ears, where did she go? Was he really just imagining her?
'I don't care, I gotta find her. I wanna see her again, her lovely eyes, her lovely fa-' his thoughts were cut off by a female vastayans voice, questioning him.
"Hey Rakan are you okay? That was an amazing performance up there! But, You look a little tired."
"Im not tired, just have a lot on my mind." He said while giving her a reassuring look. "But Yeah Thank you, Do you like the cape? Does it bring off that amazing show vibe?" Rakan asked nicely, while showing off his golden feathers to the zebra-like female vastayan.
The zebra seemed entranced with the cape. "It's glorious." She smiled and began to speak again. "My Name is Shimauma, Some people call me Shima for short."
'A name I will forget, because it means nothing to me,'
He happily smiled towards her, "Nice talking to you Auma, but I must be going now." He turned his head towards the tavern door and without giving the girl a chance to respond, he ran outside.
Picking up speed he knew she had to be somewhere here, it was as if rakan had a gut feeling.
But to much dismay he had yet to find the lovely purple and violet bird. 'Maybe she's at one of the other bars, maybe she's looking for me?'
Rakan instantly found a neighboring bar not to far from the one he performed at. Many people recognized him but he had no time for introductions and girls fawning over him, he only had time to find her.
It was a mixed races bar, majority seemed to be humans. Rakan walks up to some random human and asks a question he begs to be answered, after searching the entire bar without a single trace of her.
"Have you seen a purple and violet bird? She's vastayan."
The human just shook his head, 'Wow, what a bummer.. humans minds are so simple anyway, I doubt he knows what I'm talking about.'
Rakan searches around and asks basically every person in the entire bar, all answers that come back to him result in being a "No."
He doesn't end or nearly stop there, he continues forth into almost every local area where he might find Xayah, he asks almost everyone he sees, the desperation could be seen in his eyes.
Giving up wasn't an option for him, he had to find her.
"Xayah!" He screams out once. "Xayah!!?" The screams get followed up with even more, "Xayaaaaah!!????!!!" His call outs only awaken nearby animals and effect relatively nothing. He was so tired at this point, of constant talking, constantly yelling, constantly searching.
He walks into a really old bar, and probably one of the last ones that he knows of in this giant area. This was one of the ones he listed to xayah. He looks around and finds the nearest person, asking them the same question as always.
"Have you seen a purple and violet bird around here? She's Vastayan." Rakan expecting to hear a no was already prepared for it.
"Yeah I have.."
Shock was clearly evident on his face, he instantly had to question. "Do you know where she is now?!!"
Rakans voice was finally determined, he had found a way to her."She should be with whoever the owner of this establishment is, she walked in soaked in blood.. I'm
Not sure if it was hers or.."Rakan felt his heart drop for just a moment, "i have to get to her." something he had said to himself in his head but accidentally seemed to say out loud as well.
He speeds away from the minor species creature and runs towards what looks like the owners room.
He barges in and xayah is bent over a sink, puking blood. He instantly noticed all of her wounds, she was so damaged. But despite all of the damage inflicted on her, he still could see her beautifulness through it.
"Xayah." Rakans voice was full of empathy, searching for her eyes.
Xayah turned her head, blood leaked down her face from her mouth. "...R-Rakan?" She felt the pressure in the air come down on her.
Rakan ran towards her and caught the bird in his arms. "Xayah, What's wrong?" He said soundly understanding she was in pain.
He could see the blood soaking on his arms, and his face grew of panic. "I'll save you xayah, Don't worry.." his voice was saddened but he was determined to find her help. Rakan precedes to wrap his cape around her and held her very close to him and his chest, letting her head and body sink into his.
