My Babysitter is Johnnie Guilbert..what?!

Chapter Fourteen

Jessica's POV:  "She's right upstairs" I heard my mom say and I groaned.

I would have gotten up and locked the door but I was too sick to get up so I just acted like I was sleeping.

"Hey Jess"

"Crap sorry you're sleeping, I'll just wait here"

I felt him sit down at my feet and he started rubbing my back and I opened my eyes.

"What do you want Johnnie?"

"I want you to stop being mad at me, I love you Jess and I didn't mean to hurt you. The medicine will help you get better I promise."

"I love you too" Is all I managed to say.

"Here, your mom told me to have you take it" He said handing me a pill.

I grabbed my glass of water and quickly took the pill and then he grabbed my hand.

"I brought your homework"

"Ugh"

"Have you ate today?"

"No" I replied.

"Can you try some crackers or something?"

"I guess"

He got up and walked downstairs and I'm guessing he went down to the kitchen. Eventually he came back up with some town house crackers and handed me a couple.

"Just try a few and see if you can keep them down"

I slowly ate them and then we waited to see of they came back up but they didn't.  He handed me some more but I didn't want them.

"Can you ask my mom to make me soup or something?"

"Of course" He replied then he walked out again.

I pulled out my phone and scrolled through Twitter while I waited for him to come back. There wasn't really anything interesting on there though, just the same boring stuff. 

"She's going to bring it up in a bit" He said kissing my forehead.

"I'm sorry for overreacting by the way"

"Don't be, I knew you didn't mean any of it"

"Here you go sweetie" My mom said walking in with the soup.

"Thanks"

"Love you"

"Love you too"

A week later because why not

"Come on Johnnie let's gooooo"

"Slow down the park isn't going anywhere"

"I haven't been able to walk for a week, let me have this"

"Waaaalk"

"Nah"

I took off sprinting full speed and he started running to catch up and I laughed.

"I'm gonna catch you" He warned me but I didn't believe him.

The next thing I know I was tackled to the ground and Johnnie pinned me down.

"Walk"

"Fineee"

He helped me up and we walked the rest of the way to the park. I looked around and there was barely anyone else there so yay we practically get it all to ourselves.

"You know what we haven't been able to do since you were sick?"

"What?" I questioned.

He kissed me and I tried not to smile so I could kiss back. We pulled away just as  I heard thunder in the distance and I looked at the sky.

"We better get back, I didn't know it was supposed to storm"

"Yeah let's go so I can finish my homework"

We walked back to the house and by time we got there it started sprinkling.

"I'll see you tomorrow" He said kissing me then he left.

"We're having severe storms tonight so make sure your phone is completely charged" My dad told me.

I went upstairs and plugged it in then started on my makeup work. It was all easy homework so it didn't take awhile.

"Jessica we need to talk" My mom said walking in and she sat on the bed next to me.

"What about?"

"You and Johnnie have been together for two months now and I know you have been kissing and I know some day you'll....

"Mom I promise we aren't going to have sex at least not for a couple years"

"Okay then I'll save this talk for when you're a senior"

"Okay mom thanks"

That could have turned out very awkward but oh well. I knew what I said was true I'm not planning on doing that for awhile.

Sorry short chapter but I'm finally out of school so I'll update more
