A Difficult Situation

Stevie blossomed for him like she never had, giving him her all and he had sworn that he had never seen anything so beautiful

"God you are so gorgeous..." he took her face

Stevie smiled, "You should see yourself the way that I do."

"Sweetheart, I'm nothing compared to you!"

"Oh but you are," Stevie smiled, laying her bare body against his

"Thank you!" He smiled and brought her leg more up his body using her thigh

"We should get going soon."

"Mmmm why...?" He moved his hips slightly into hers

"Kristen..."

He sighed and ran his fingers up her spine

Stevie kissed his chest and ran her hands through his hair, "We'll tell her Monday, okay?"

He said nothing, simply nodding...Stevie didn't understand that he was probably going to lose his child over her

He couldn't expect her to understand given that she had no children or any responsibility and love close to that extent.

She seemed to think it was going to be so easy, that they could just tell Kristen and live happily ever after

He knew that it was going to be far from that...

After making love quickly one last time, they showered, dressed and headed back to the car

"I can't wait until we don't have to sneak around anymore."

"Yeah..." Lindsey said getting in the car and starting it

The ride home was very relaxed, Stevie had the window rolled down as she clutched his hand, Led Zepplin playing over the radio

"When did you knew that you loved me?" She said, her head on the head rest, and looking at him

"The moment that we first made love."

"What? That very first time? After the pool?"

"Yes," Lindsey nodded

"I loved you the moment you walked down those stairs..."

"Seriously?"

"Yes, you walked down the stairs and my heart just belonged to you..."

Lindsey leaned over and kissed her head, squeezing her hand

"I'm going to make sure I'm such a good wife, and I'll give you a baby...if I haven't already" she giggled

Fear hit him like a tin of bricks as he realized just how many times they hadn't used protection...

"What's the matter, baby?" She asked and out of nowhere he got nasty

"I don't want a baby now. I can't have a baby with you now, Stevie."

"Sure you can, we'll be good parents, do you think I'll be a good mom?" She said smiling

"That's isn't a reality right now!"

"But...but what if I already am?"

"I won't make you do what Don did, but I can't acknowledge it as mine. I'll simply play the happy uncle."

"What...? But you'll be their daddy..." she said, tears already forming

"I can't...not now."

"I'll get rid of them...it's okay..." she let go of his hand and looked out the window, tears now falling
