Lindsey and Stevie had avoided each other like the plague. She had been there for two days and they had barely said a word to each other since they arrived.

Lindsey decided he would try and comfort her, they were sat at the table once more, so he placed his hand on her thigh and gave a friendly squeeze

She moved her leg away from him, turning away and continuing to eat

Kristen went to the bathroom a little while later, Lindsey turned to Stevie

"Honey, you need to act more friendly, or she's going to know something's up!"

"Let her. I don't care."

"She finds out your on coke, then she'll kick you straight out of here, and you'll never see you nephew, or any future ones again!"

Stevie shrugged, "Our parents already hate me, I barely see Kit and Will so why will it matter?"

"He's your nephew!"

"I know that!"

"Sweetheart, come here..."

"No, and don't call me sweetheart."

"Stevie..." he pulled her chair closer to his

"Lindsey, stop. We've just met, why do you care about me?"

"I don't know, there's something fascinating about you" he touched her neck lightly

"Please don't."

"Don't what?"

"Touch me like that."

"Like what?" He touched her neck some more

Stevie stood up, "I said stop!"

"I'm sorry, did you forget you had your hand on my crotch the other day?" He stood too

"Well I've changed my mind!"

"I know, I'm gross...I don't even know what Kristen sees in me..."

"Don't start that, please. I've heard enough sob stories," Stevie said

"I'm sorry..." he looked down and turned to leave

Stevie didn't try to stop him

She did eventually end up feeling bad, he was obviously self conscious

Later Stevie went to look for him, finding him in the back yard. Kristen had taken Will to their mother's house to visit

He was standing in the pool, with his head on his arm, laying on the edge

"Lindsey?" Stevie kneeled in front of him

"What?"

"Are you alright?"

"I'm fine..." he moved his head to look away

Stevie grabbed his face and turned him to face her

"What do you want?!" He said to her

"I'm sorry for earlier..."

"Doesn't matter, you don't need anymore sob stories..." he said harshly

"Please don't act like a child."

"Sorry..." he tried to turn away again

Stevie stripped down and slipped into the water with him

Swimming up behind him she wrapped her arms around him

"Stevie," Lindsey warned not convincingly

She didn't pay attention, placing her cheek onto his shoulder blade
