The Forest of Fear

"Wake up! Let's prepare ourselves and continue our way." Panda shouted

"Wait...Where's Dog?!" Parrot exclaimed

"I saw her sleeping beside my place by my post. Darn I fell asleep. Well it's nice to see that everyone's still alive."

"And where's Puff?" Cat asked

"He's creating some weapons we can use. He knows that there will be something out there."

"And you believed him?" Snowbear asked

"Well, uhh, no. But it's not that bad to play safe, right?"

"Hey guys. Good Morning! *Yawn*" Dog entered the scene

"Let's go get some grub." Panda exclaimed excitingly

While eating, Puff brought something that is made up on wood, vines, and rocks.

"Here's something you can use to defend yourselves."

"I'll go for the Staff" Dog took out the shortest stick with a bit of rock at the tip. It's very light and easy to handle.

"I'll have the Sword." Parrot held the wooden hilt and swung the sword with great might that it sliced the leaf Panda was munching. Panda was not amused.

"Sorry. Here, I got you a weapon." Parrot nervously smiled while handing over a long wooden stick with vines at the middle and a bit of rocks that covered the tip

"I'll have this one!" Snowbear proudly raised a stick with a long curved blade at one end. It was the heaviest one, but Snowbear tested it with great ease.

"Looks like this set is for me" Cat grabbed the quiver and wore it. She grabbed the bow, drew a shot,  and tried to aim at the apple hanging from a branch.

Focused, she released the vine and

*SHUNK!*

the apple was pinned on the trunk.

"Hey, how about you? You have no weapon." Dog noticed

"I'll have my own weapon already, my mask." Puff replied

"You can't defend yourself with a mask." Cat said

"It doesn't matter. We are in the Forest of Fears. First, we find the weapon, then kill the monster."

"Okay then, where is this weapon?" Snowbear asked

"Sadly, I do not know."

"You do not know. That's fine. Find the monster. He's near to the weapon." Snowbear said

"Where's the monster?" Panda asked

"Don't mind about finding the monster. He will find us anyways. Remember, he's very silent and careful when hunting. Just note that he's the big black guy of this forest, and we're going to kill him." Puff said

"Racist" Cat whispered into Parrot. Parrot chuckled.

Parrot was flying up high searching. She cannot fly while she has the sword so she had to leave it to Puff temporarily. After a few moment

"GGGYYYAAAAHHHHH!!!!"

"That's Cat! Hurry!" Panda and the others rushed to Cat's position while holding their weapon

"Darn these cobwebs! I hate spiders!"

The others sighed. Parrot came down to check what's happening until

"Cat, don't make sudden movements." Parrot warned Cat

"Why?" Cat asked

Everyone was stunned to say that there's a giant spider on Cat's shoulder.

"*gulp* Because..." Snowbear tapped her own shoulder, trying to hint at Cat

Cat slowly touched her shoulder, but she felt something not like her shoulder, and it was a spider.

"GGGYYYYAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!! TAKE IT OFF! TAKE IT OFF! GET IT AWAY FROM ME!! AAAAAAHHHH!"

"I'll handle this." Puff came in late as usual

He grabbed Cat's arm.

"Don't make any movements." Puff warned

"Okay. *gulp*" Cat was frozen in fear

Puff used his left hand to create a platform for the spider and softly pushed the spider unto his hand. He put his hand down the ground and pushed the spider. The spider hid into it's burrow.

"Thanks. and uh--"

She was stunned to see that there is a bee behind Puff. A bee half the height of Panda. Puff quickly drew the sword and turned around to see the bee split in half.

"Let's get away from this area. If there's one bee here, there's a trillion more."

"A-a-a Tr-trillion more?!"

After sometime, Puff pushed the group behind a rock.

"OW! what's that fo-" Puff covered Cat's mouth. The other's knew that they have ro remain silent.

*THUD*

Something large fell from the sky. After that, they hear nothing, but they know there's something.

Puff peeked, then told others that it's okay to look, but slowly and silently.

They were shocked.
