Picture this, you're swimming in your clients pool in their majestic mansion. Suddenly you hear a loud splash. Afraid, you look back to see if their baby's okay only to find that you're bombarded with paint balls, making the once crystal clear water turn into unicorn pee.
That's not it. As soon as you try to run from the sudden attack, someone carries you back into the pool and throws you in it. After that all you hear is laughter. Not that evil, satanic laugh more like a husky, angelic laugh. It feels like music. You look up to see who was the culprit behind the invasion is only to find the baby's older brother standing there laughing.
Well that was my current situation. Zac, I presume was the boy's name. He was soon joined by two other guys, both equally handsome but not as handsome as Zac. Ugh, not the time Zoe. I sent them the dirtiest glare I could before realizing that Liz was missing. I frantically started to look around. Omg what if she drowned? The Jones would kill me, I'm dying anyway but still. I continued my search only stopping when I was hit by yet another paint ball. Seriously, they had the audacity of hitting me again. I looked at the direction of the boys only to find Liz standing besides them. And I thought we were friends.
"Liz! What did you do that for?" I practically yelled.
"Uhm, Zoe I'm sorry but they offered me chocolates" Liz said looking apologetic.
I sighed, she's too cute for her own good.
"It's okay baby, now let's go in and change. I need to get back home,it's getting late." I said.
She mumbled a quick "okay" and we went inside leaving the three boys still laughing like lunatics out there.
Liz and I quickly changed into something warm.
I wore a plain grey t-shirt with some leggings I bought just in case. Topped it off with a black and white flannel. I let my hair down. They had these beautiful beach waves I didn't want to ruin.
I instantly felt warm after changing. Liz had also changed into her pajamas. It was 8 already, and I guess she was tired considering the fact we had a long day. I hugged her and tucked her into her bed before heading out. Liz said her driver would drop me off.So let me make this clear, Liz wants me to find her driver in this gigantic house alone. I have no idea where I'm going just by the way. I'm walking room to room in search of the driver. Heck,I don't even know his name.
Finally heading outside to see if he's there, I saw those three maniacs again. Not having the energy to yell at them for their previous Shenanigan, I completely ignored their presence. I walked towards where the driver dropped Liz and I.
"Uhm, Zoe right? Hey we're sorry." Zac tried apologizing.
"Yeah, it's cool. Uhm, do you know where the driver is?" I asked him keeping my tone calm.
