DeAngelo
Armani was finished before I was, and surprisingly, she took the pain like a champ with nothing to ease her nerves. I was impressed. I walked from behind the curtains dividing the tattoo room from the front office, and seen her there examining her fingers, and wrist. I licked my lips when I seen her thick ass standing there. She felt my presence and turned around smiling.
"You like it ?" She held her arm out moving her arm around showing me her two tattoos.
"That shit pretty fly for a female you feel me. What's the birds for though ?" I asked looking at the 3 pigeons.
"They're doves, and because whenever I'm with you I feel free, and I just wanted to show that." I nodded kissing her lips. I was truly diggin' her.
"Okay lemme see what you got. I don't see none new." I laughed and showed her the back of my ear.
"What is that ? I'm pretty sure it has a meaning, but I have no clue. I've never seen this before." She grabbed my face and turned my face to get a better view of it.
"It's a Gye Nyame. A West African symbol shows the supremacy of God." She nodded and studied it more.
"I like it. It's different and dope. I think it fits you well."
"Thanks babygirl." I kissed her cheeked and payed the tattoo guy. We walked out, and walked to the car. In the middle of our conversation, my phone rang. It was Charles, so I picked it up.
Phone Call
DeAngelo : What's good foo ?
Charles : Where you at ?
DeAngelo : Who's asking ?
Charles : Me nigga
DeAngelo : I just came out the tattoo place with Armani why ?
Charles : Yo brother had a asthma attack. He in the hospital wit y'all mama. He coo though.
DeAngelo : Alright. What hospital ?
Charles : McKing Hospital
DeAngelo : Alright. Call momz and let her know I'm on my way up there
Charles : Alright nigga.
Armani had her eyebrows furrowed meaning she was in thought. I threw my head up to see what was up with her.
"You gotta leave me ?" I nodded.
"Is someone hurt ? I kind of heard the conversation. Well just your half." I smiled.
"Not really. My brother just has an asthma attack but he coo. I'm fenna just stop by there. You can tag along I don't mind. It'll be quick anyways." She shook her head.
"No it's fine. Go do what you gotta do. I'll be fine, I'll just see you another time." I nodded, and we both settled in before I drove off.
Armani
I thanked him and hugged him before I got out of his car. I watched him drive off before I entered her house. She was sitting on the couch with a box of tissues. Her face was red, and her eyes were puffy from crying. When she saw me enter the house, she literally jumped up and ran to hug me. I hugged her back and held her as she let out whatever it was that was making her cry. I walked her back to the couch, and sat back down with her, as she laid her head in my lap. I stroked her hair, and calmed her down.
"Talk to me Laysia. What got you like this ?" I asked softly kissing the side of her forehead.
"I got into an argument with my parents. Things didn't end well." I nodded.
"Didn't end well for who ? You, your mom, your dad ?" She shook her head.
"You !" What the hell she mean me.
"What about me ?" I was confused on how an argument about me got her crying this bad.
"My dad found a pair of your panties in the bathroom, and he did some weirdo shit. He sniffed them and my mom caught him. She first thought he was cheating on her and asked who's they were, but he said they were one of ours. My mom was confused on why he would sniff them, and called me. She asked me if they were mines but I told her no they were yours, and she said you can no longer stay here. She has this thought in her head that you and my dad are having this affair behind her back. I tried to tell her that's impossible when you barely came her and you've been gone all day, but she still ain't believe it. I'm so sorry, but she wants you out tonight. I don't want you to go, and you're my best friend and I have no way to help you." I nodded not understanding, but I told her I did.
"Where's your mom now ?" She pointed upstairs. I got up, and jogged to her room opening the door.
"Mrs. Jones, Malaysia just told me everything right now, and I just want to say I would never do a thing like that. You've known me all my life and I would never stoop that low. You're my best friends mom and that's her dad. I look at you guys as my parents, and that would be disgusting of me to pull something like that. But if you want me out your house, I can do nothing but respect your wishes. i just wanted to come and tell you that. I don't want you to get the wrong idea of me. I'm nothing like that." She didn't say anything, so I turned to leave her room.
"I saw the way he looked at you as you walked around the house, and it sickened me. My man looking at another woman instead of his wife. I had to do something to get you out of this house, so I planted your panties in there. I had to find a way to get you out of here before it got worse. Sorry dear."I couldn't believe my ears.
"You could have personally told me this and I would have understood and left. This was a low blow for real. I can't believe this." I walked out of her room slamming the door.
"Malaysia help me put my things in the car. I'll explain another time.
