Armani
DeAneglo and I pulled up in his car, because I really didn't feel like driving mine, mainly because I ain't have a lot of gas. We both checked ourselves, and kissed before we exited the car. Hand in hand we entered the school gate, and the one happy look on his face disappeared. Angelo really dislikes this school, and I really don't blame him. It's not the school though, it's the weirded out people that go here that make this school bullshit.
"Alright babe, I'ma go. I see Laysia over there." He looked over in the direction I was pointing and nodded with a pout.
"You don't want to stay with me babe ?" I laughed and nodded. He's such a damn baby at times, but he's my baby so it's coo. "Matter of fact, call Laysia over here, I gotta ask her something." I dialed her number and called her over to us. She walked over wearing maroon "Ass Pants" and a white crop top, with her hair wet and curly in a side part. She had on no make up, and was still pretty as ever. We embraced as always and I looked over at Dee to say whatever it was he wanted to tell her.
"Nigga go, I brought her over here." Smacking his lips, he mushed my face and looked around.
"Did uhm Kai talk to you about that new nigga ?" He asked causing me to scrunch my face up. Why this nigga worried about Maurice. I looked over at Malaysia and she was just as confused as me.
"No, was he supposed to or some ?" DeAngelo nodded, and shrugged.
"It's coo, sooner or later he will, but we just think something's up wit that nigga. Just be careful what y'all say and do around that nigga aight." We both nodded. "Where that nigga Kai at anyways ? He ain't message me all morning."
"He's fine, he just running late. Dumb self ain't go to sleep til late last night." He nodded and focused his attention to whatever behind me. I turned around and it was Maurice. I rolled my eyes, because I wanted to know what was going on, but the less I know, the better. I already knew whatever this was, was going to start some shit, and I am not ready for it. I do not want anything happening to DeAngelo, Kai, Malaysia, or myself, and I don't want them hurting anyone and getting caught up in anything.
"Babe come on." I grabbed his face with one hand, and kissed all over his face and lips repeatedly. "Let me walk you to class." He laughed, and kissed me back.
"Ain't it supposed to be the other way around ?" I held my heart as if my feelings were hurt.
"Who said it had to be one way. You just don't want me to take you to class huh ? It's coo." I faked like I was about to walk away, only for him to pull me close as expected. I smiled, and hugged him tightly. "Come on now love bug." He stood up, and we walked to his class, with Malaysia by my side. I kissed his lips and pushed him in class. "Make sure you actually do yo work DeAngelo. I wanna see you walk across that stage graduation day aight ?" He nodded and blew me a kiss wit his gay ass.
"Alright now our turn to get to class. I had to make sure he ain't do none while Maurice was out, cuz you know they be giving each other dirty looks." Malaysia shook her head.
"Girl I be seeing them do that, but I just be shaking it off. I wonder what the fuck is going on cuz we do not need no drama right now. Knowing Dee and Kai, don't nothing end pretty." Thinking of the worse, I pushed it to the back of my mind and went to first period, and of course Maurice was in the back where we sit. I sighed and headed to my seat without saying a word.
Malaysia
In the middle of the lesson, Maurice slid me a small piece of paper. I rolled my eyes and snatched the paper from under my arm. Is this grown ass nigga really sending me notes ? I opened it and it had his number. I crumbled it and handed it back to him shaking my head.
"Not interested or single, and I'm most definitely not about to cross that line to make him even think anything." He laughed and I shook my head. "What is so funny ?" I looked over at Armani who had her earphones in nodding her head to the rhythm of the song, completely in her own world.
"I'm not trying to hit on you or get with you. I want to ask you something, but I don't want to be rude and talk in the middle of the lesson." He licked his lips and sent the paper back my way, but again I refused to take it and passed it back to him.
"You're talking now, so what's the difference. Besides, I'm actually trying to listen and get my work done if yo don't mind. I'm pretty sure the questions can wait." I continued to jot down the notes on the board.
"Why you so mean all of a sudden ? Y'all was just nice the other day dawg." I shook my head. "I think y'all letting y'all niggas pump ya head up." I scrunched my face up and looked over at him. Is this dude crazy.
"What the fuck you just say ?" I semi-whispered. He laughed and rubbed his facial hair.
"I'm just saying man. Y'all was mad polite and shit the other day. Quick to help a nigga out and kick it with me. Then y'all niggas start mad doggin me on some weird shit and now y'all whole attitudes changed towards me. They gotta be pumpin y'all heads up or some, cuz this shit ain't random."
"You need to really watch what the fuck you say and who you speakin upon, especially when you don't know what the fuck you be talkin about. That shit not coo whatsoever. Speak upon niggas while you in they presence, unless you pussy." I smiled as I heard those words coming from Armani. Maybe she was listening the whole time. "Our niggas don't have shit to do with you at all, so don't even mention them. You the one thinking shit is wrong; maybe we just don't wanna fuckin be bothered right now or some shit." He laughed and held his hands up in surrender.
"My bad shit. I'll fall back." She smiled sarcastically, and plugged her earphones back in, and I thought to do the same. This nigga is crazy.
