1) First of all, siyempre, seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit! Priority 'to bes kasi without His guidance, walang mangyayari bes.

2) Warm yourself up with Christian music. But still, it is a bad excuse not to have devotions.

At dahil malaki ang influence sa akin ng music [sa lahat naman ata], nag-speak siya sa akin through Christian music and after a year, na-encourage na akong magdevotion.

Every Sunday nga pala, tune in to 106.7 Saved Radio, it's a station which broadcasts cool Christian music!

3) Start with 'prepared' devotions first. Nakahain na lahat, all you need to do is isapuso ito. Kung girl ka, try mo i-search sa FB 'to: Daughters of the King Daily Devotionals. Tipid 'to, Php 15 na load with 40 mb internet sapat na.

But I recommend Rick Warren's "Purpose-Driven Life".

4) Search for a "Verse of the Day". Meditate on it, kung gusto mo i-memorize mo para secure sa puso mo yung Word 💕 Then pray for it and don't just read the Scripture, understand it. Put it into practice and share it to others.

The Bible is God's letter to us, so every word there is His message to you.

5) Listen to podcasts, watch preachings. Maikli man o mahaba, ayos lang. Pang-dagdag kaalaman lang at pampa-inspire 😍

6) Set a Bible Reading Plan. Kung tinatawag ka na ni Lord to deepen your relationship with Him [sign - nagha-hunger ka na talaga sa Kanya] then do this. Ang magandang reading plan per day is 1-3 chapters.

I recommend you to download the Read Scripture app kasi yung Bible Reading plan nila is set to help you finish the Bible within a year. It's amazing kasi may animated explanatory videos talaga, naka-spoon feed na yung info sa'yo. :)

To keep track of what you've learned, write it down sa notebook mo or i-type mo sa cellphone or laptop mo. Try using the SLAP Devotion technique [Scripture, Lesson, Application, Prayer]. Ituturo ko 'yon sa next chapter. :D
