Chapter 12

Hunter's POV

Blake, I'm sorry. I-I don't love you anymore. How can I love you knowing that can still happen? I-I just don't want to get hurt again. I'm sorry." Julie whispered. "I should probably go back to my room. Goodnight Blake."

"Julie, please." Blake pleaded.

"Blake, please stop. You're making it a lot harder than it needs to be." Julie said.

I quickly ran back to where I was previously, so Julie wouldn't see me. I heard a door open quietly and then close quietly. Soon after,I heard another door open and then close. I didn't hear much after that because sleep soon took over my body

I woke up to someone shaking me violently. "Hunter, wake up. Visiting hours start in thirty minutes."

I quickly sat up, hitting the persons head with mine. "Ouch! Hunter, what was that for!" Julie yelled.

"Sorry, I thought you wern't so close." I said, standing up.

"Well, come on. I want to go soon." Julie said.

"I'm going. Don't rush me." I said, walking to my suitcase.

I took out a black thermal and ripped jeans along with my grey All Stars. I quickly walked to the bathroom and changed and spiked my hair up in the front and called it good.

"Are you finally ready?" Julie asked.

"Yeah, lets go." I said, walking out the door. "Did you tell Sam that you were leaving?"

"No. I didn't want to wake him up. He looked so peaceful." Julie said laughing.

"I'll just call him when we get to the hospital." I said, getting into the elevator.

 "Do you think she woke up yet?" Julie asked, breaking the silence.

"I don't know. I hope so." I said, looking at my feet. "Uh, Julie why did you go talk to Blake at like two in the morning?"

"How did you know?" she asked.

"I was going to go see if he was awake. But then when I got to his door, I heard your voice and I waited." I explained.

"Oh, I just wanted to clear things up between us." Julie said.

"Oh, ok."

We drove in silence to the hospital, praying that Cassidy woke up. "What room was she in again?" I asked Julie.

"219." Julie answered simply.

"Oh, I knew that." I said.

"Sure you did." Julie mumbled.

I walked in Cassidy's room first and saw nothing has changed. She's still looking lifeless like yesterday. "Come on Cassidy. Wake up." I mumbled.

"Please Cassidy." Julie added. "We love you."

Cassidy's POV

Darkness. That's all I saw. Darkness all around. I couldn't quite understand where I was, but I can hear what people are saying and those annoying IV's.

But there is one thing I can remember. Its what Hunter said to me last night. He... he told me he loved me. I want to wake up so badly, but I'm unable to. I just cant force my body to wake up. Its not that easy.

I heard quiet talking again. "Julie, can you go call Sam. He's probably up by now." I'm guessing Hunter said.

"Ok."

"Cassidy, please wake up. I cant afford to loose you. At least not yet. I-I wrote this song for you yesterday. Its called All You Ever." he said.

"You give me chances and I let you down. You waited for words that I couldn't get out. I have no excuses for the way that I am. I was clueless then, I couldn't understand.
