Cassidy's POV

I wake up to someone jumping on top of me yelling, "Wake up sunshine! We have sound check in two hours!" I can recognize that voice from anywhere.

"Mhhm Julie. Get off of me you fatty." I mumbled into my pillow.

"Nope! It's already 11:30. I'm saving you from the wrath of Hunter!" she said, laughing

"Hunter ain't gonna hurt me!" I said, flipping over.

"Oh yeah? Wanna tell me your explanation?" she said, starting to get up. "Hunter!" Julie quickly gets up off my bed, leaving my legs somewhat cold. I quickly realize what Julie meant by the wrath of Hunter. Hunter came running through the door and jumped on top of me. I quickly rolled over, causing him to fall off of me.

"Hi!" he said, smiling a cheeky smile.

"Dork." I mumble, pulling the covers off of me.

"C! Get some clothes on! You're scaring us all!" Julie squealed, covering her eyes as laughing. I have a tendency of sleeping in my spandex and a sports bra because it's the comfiest form or pajamas.

"Never!" I said, pulling out a sweatshirt and shorts from my bag. I throw my clothes on my bed and quickly slip my sweatshirt on. "Jules, is there coffee out in the kitchen?" I slip on my shorts before taking a seat on my bed next to Hunter.

"No! We forgot to bring some!" she said, face-palming herself.

"Damn." I mutter under my breath. "Well since there's no coffee, I'm making a Starbucks run with Hunter. Want anything?"

"Nahh. I'll be good. I'm pretty sure I'll make it through the day." Julie said, smiling. "Ima go hang out with Sam if y'all need me. See ya in two hours."

"You and me day today?" Hunt asked, smiling.

"Wouldn't wanna spend it with anyone else!" I said, placing a kiss on his nose.

"Ok, first stop, Starbucks!" Hunter said, jumping off my bed. I quickly follow him, out to one of our rental cars.

We arrived quickly since it was only a few blocks away. "I'll have a grande chai tea latte with whole milk." I ordered, flashing a smile.

"And I'll have a grande coffee." Hunter said, flashing a small smile.

"Ok, that'll be 7.39." the cashier said, taking Hunter's money. "Thank you."

"Oh my gosh! You're Cassidy Taylor and Hunter Hayes!" two people scream.

"Shoot." I mumble under my breath. I defiantly did not look presentable right now. I had on a pair of short mesh shorts an oversized sweatshirt from my cousin Jeremy and my hair was thrown up in a messy bun right on top of my head.

The fans rush over to us and quickly begin talking. "You're even more beautiful in person!" one girl said, standing in front of me.

"Oh, thank you!" I said, smiling. "You're a fan?"

"Yes! I love your music! You're amazing!" the fan gushed. "You wouldn't mind if I got a picture with you, would you?" I turn to look at Hunter talking to the other girl. He has created such a great bond with his fans.

"Sure! I don't mind." I said, smiling. I walked up to a stranger and asked him if he could take a picture for us. He gladly agreed and we posed for the picture.

"Thank you so much!" the girl said, smiling.

"I never got your name." I said, laughing.

"Oh, it's Emmalynn. But most people call me Emm, Emma, E, or whatever they think of." she said, smiling.
