The whole cafeteria became quiet when Prince kissed me. The kiss was sweet and lasted for about two minutes. I pulled away and found Aubrey, along with my friends, smirking at me.

"Are you happy now?" Prince asked Aubrey.

"Yes." Aubrey said. She scurried back to her friends and giggled. I put my head down, blushing, because most of the people in the lunch room witnessed our kiss and were staring at the two of us.

"That was... Something else." Roc said.

"So guys, when are we going to practice for the competition? I already have the music on my iPod and I have speakers in my bookbag." Gevon stated.

"Why would you carry speakers in your bag?"

"I don't know. I like to come prepared."

"I like a prepared girl."

Gevon softly hit Roc in the chest and chuckled. "But I'm a woman. I don't think you'll be able to handle me."

Pooh groaned. "Okay. Stop with the lovey dovey shit right now."

"Pooh, don't hate." Ray Ray said to her.

"Anyways, we can practice right now. Or is that a bad idea?" Vannah asked.

(A/N: I added this part in the story because I wanted a unique story)

I looked up at everybody and told them my opinion.

"That doesn't seem like a bad idea and you guys know the lyrics to Run The World (Girls), right?" I asked them. The girls nodded.

"For the song, just do the dance we did for dance class last year, which I hope we all remember. We're all singing. Me and Pooh are the sopranos, Adri and Leah are the lead singers, and Gevon is the background singer. Sing loud and clear." Vannah said.

I just hope this works. Nobody wants to be embarrassed in front of most of the school. Gevon already had everything set up and pressed play. The music blared through the speakers.

Girls, we run this mother (x4)

Everyone was staring at us AGAIN! Queen bitch and her posses was glaring at us because we were getting all the attention.

We continued to sing. Everything was running smoothly. When we finished singing, the people in the lunchroom clapped for us.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Leah said, bowing. We walked over to the boys and their mouths hung open.

"What?" Leah asked.

"Y'all can sing and dance!" Diggy exclaimed. I flipped my hair and bragged.

"We've been told." I said, smiling. The bell rung and it was heard through the lunchroom. Kids scurried to get to class.

"We'll practice today at my house." Vannah said. Gevon had a puzzled look masked on her face.

"Isn't your brother going to be there with his friends?" She asked.

"Yeah. But it doesn't matter." Vannah said, shrugging.

"Can we come watch? We aren't doing anything later on today." Prod stated.

"Sure."

Everybody walked out of the cafeteria and I was alone in the lunchroom. I was still putting my belongings away in my bag.

"I guess I'll be seeing you later." A voice behind me said. I jumped up in surprise and saw Prince..

"When did you get here?" I asked him.

"That is a secret only a prince can know." Prince said. I sucked my teeth and proceeded to my classroom, leaving Prince behind. I didn't have time to waist.

"What! No kiss goodbye?" Prince asked.

"What kiss?" If Prince thought I was going to kiss him, he thought wrong.

"Aw, come on! You know you liked that kiss at lunch today. Don't tell me you forgot all about it." Prince said. A small portion of me liked that kiss, but I didn't want to tell anyone. Especially Prince. His ego would just go up higher.

"But what kiss?"

"The one... We had... Maybe this might refresh your memory." Prince said. Unexpectedly, I received a kiss on the lips by Princeton or Jacob Perèz, the boy who's guts I hated, or do I?
